M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc. 1 sqm each including sweeping, free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder of paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) for depth of pot holes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exc.500 m but not exceeding1.50Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified.

M&L 100 mm spread thickness moorum /red bajri filling, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, as in berms complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick in two layer of 75 mm thick each layer (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates by using granite trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified.

M&L Preparing unsurfaced WBM road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clearned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen VG -30 at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified.

M&L Preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bitumen VG -30 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified.

M&L for laying 30 mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using hot mix plant and mechanical paver equipment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The binder content is indicated tentatively and shall be as per actual mix design. The rate of bitumen content shall not be less than specified in the item. No price adjustment for this purpose shall be admissible.

M&L for road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc., of 2.5 mm thick (reflective type) on new surfaces of road / pavements and the like including and exceeding 10 cm wide with hot thermo plast material @ 5Kg/ sqm of white or golden yellow, by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater etc., driven by the skilled operator on road surface complete all as per MORTH specifications and as directed.

S&F Dual directional reflective cat eye (Road Glow sutd) of impact resistant ABS plastic 100 x 90 x 16 mm of ultra voilet resistant yellow colour, having micro prismatic / cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with epoxy / bitumen adhesive as per manufacturer's specification / instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Protek/Swarflex/Greenlite [Note : Appropriate epoxy adhseive on the road surface shall be provided as per manufacturers specifications / instructions before fixing the cat eye and the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. ]

S & F solar road stud having 3 LED lights of colours red / yellow to a side (total 06 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die cast aluminium alloy of size 120 X 130mm, 100 X 130mm and 125 X 125mm as required at site of height 20mm with built in stem nail 30mm X 50mm long long for fixing with epoxy. Electronically operated and designed to operate automatically in the darkness,powered from rechargeble nickel cadmium battery to be charged through solar cells main frame cast aluminium with polycarbonate cover on side, system workable for 2 to 3 days after full charge. complete all as per manufacturer's specification / instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
