Supply and fix PVC safety net in three layers for covering the dubries / concrete stone from bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Antitermite treatment of inner perimeter of wall and external perimeter of bldg cross grid in Big size of room and junction boxes for refilling the termitecide with using 12mm LLDPE pipes and the pipe will be installed along the wall / beam with cutting and chassing and fixing with jointer / elbow as per requirement and to be filled the cutting area with cement sand mortar. Fixing the junction box for making chemical filling/ injecting points. The chemical to be used as per IS 6313 part (II) amended 2015 , Imidacloprid 30.50% SC @ 5.00Ltr / Sqmm or 7.5 Ltr (emulsion) per Rm in the tubing network at plinth level. Comprehensive solution with all required material, trained super skilled labour, chemical and pumping for next 5 Years annually. All process of antitermite treatment to be done by Reticulation system complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 brick or on concrete surfaces of wall and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed as in screed bed of tiles.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles of light shade, 10mm thick (Square or Rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in skirting / dado etc. set and Jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Screed bed or bedding layer shall be measured and paid separately under respective items in this schedule)

Supplying, Installation Testing & Commissioning hi wall Split type AC unit (both indoor & out door units) complete with cordless remote control with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality, rotary compressor 5 star rating, 1.5 TR capacity, copper condenser along with supply & connection of copper tube, electric cable & insulating cover, 15 mm dia flexible heavy duty PVC pipe for water drainage of AC, supply & fixing of suitable size MS angle iron bracket /clamps with nuts bolts duly painted for setting outdoor unit including necessary drilling in wall for passing of copper tube & drainage pipe & making good the disturbed surfaces of wall including necessary electric connection between indoor & out door unit complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix voltage stablilizer for autmatic operation , single phase naturally air cooled indoor with wall mounting type and designed for standard input variation with output voltage stabilized at 230 V suitable for AC of capacity 1.5 TR complete all specified and directed. (Make -MIcrotek / V-Guard /Luminous/ Keeline)

S&F for Power unit 6M flush type with AC starter, 20Amps MCB & 20Amps Plug top with indicator, 6 module plate including connection complete all as specified and as directed . (Make : Northwest/Legrand/ Havells)

M&L point wiring concealed type with 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated, stranded single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through with and including PVC conduit medium duty (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia and all fittings and accessories (like Tee, bend etc.) complete fixed to walls /ceiling etc. with and including 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core HRFR / FRLS copper cable as earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point including 1.6 mm thick pressed mild steel terminal boxes of suitable size with 3 mm thick PVC / Plastic laminated sheet. top cover, suitable sizes of brass screws and washers etc. for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc complete for three pin 15 Amp socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed. Note: Wiring wire color code i.e. Red/ Yellow /Blue for Phase, black for neutral and Green for earth shall be maintained.
