Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, laying of underground cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, under groung cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking out old unserviceable underground cable of any grade / type of size as below from pole/ wall/ cable duct/ underground trench etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole underground cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire armed heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100V grade of size 25sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole underground cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire armed heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100V grade of size 16sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole DWC Pipes (Double Wall Corrugated) of dia 40MM for carrying UG Cable or as & where directed complete all as specified and directed and as specified.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing in repairs cubical type CPRI approved factory made indoor type LT panel board floor mounted, dust & vermin proof with front & back operable doors and necessary locking arrangement including addl hasbolt made out of suitable MS angle iron frame work, CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick and continuous welding and painted with powder coated paint. The panel shall suitable for 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 Phase 4 wire system with 4 Nos 600 Amps rated copper bus bar duly mounted on hygroscopic insulator and connection of all accessories with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor, thimbles, glands, separator etc for internal connections and the panel shall mounted on suitable MS angle iron base frame and legs, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Drawing & design as per CPRI norms shall be approved from AGE (I). (ii) PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Certificate from panel builder shall be submitted to the department. (iv) Make of panel board and panel accessories as per list of makes in tender document.

Supply, lay, commissioning and testing of cable jointing Kit for 1100 V grade cable for outdoor / indoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 6 to 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 9.00 above but suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size from 25 to 50 sqmm, 4 Core, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing road / hard standing not exc 45x45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable / GI tube, returning filling & well ramming watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6; including removal of surplase soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of 40mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with all fittings, laid in trenches/wall/pole/road crossing for protection of underground cable/ earth strip, all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 40 mm bore old steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store or removal unserviceable pipe from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking or down underground cable from FPB, cutting worn out portion of LT cables of any type and size, carry out repairs and rejoining after dressing incl lugs and re-lignment including fixing of saddles etc., complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Cable protection Pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive cutting and removing of old burnt LT Cable and allied works. (iii) Shut down program shall be taken in advance & record shall be kept. (iv) Each cable joint measure separately.

Preparation of old painted surface removing of rust from any kind of steel surface, clamps etc. for of any description and repainting over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of brick/stone/plaster surface and painting by one coat of 1st quality Synthetic enamelled paint, over a coat of priming paint plaster coat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate no 5 of Sl part I including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 40mm dia light grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to HT/LT poles/panel board as indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum / amendments and general condition of contracts before entry / quoting the rates. Note 2:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
