EARTH WORK Earth work in excavation over areas in any type of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
All as per Srl item No. 01 here-in-before but for each additional exceeding 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 metre.

ROAD WORK Rolling & consolidating of formation surfaces in cutting/filling of helipad with 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Laying and compacting 150mm (compacted thickness) granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified table 400-1 of MoRTH & H specifications for road & bridge work, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor graded of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Laying & compacting 150m thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mixed macadam (WMM), laid in two layers of 75mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specification for road and buildings works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregates and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading using sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.
Preparing unsurfaced wet mix macadum surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumenous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of paving Bitumen complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stainless steel round road delineator having reflector type red/yellow colour in plastic body protected in side polycarbonated sheet, protected with powder coated wiremesh cage system mouted as approved by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Reflective type cat eye having colour red/yellow to a side, casted aluminium alloy of size 100x100x20mm with built in steam of suitable length for fixing with protected in side as approved by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specifed shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heated, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P , cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge and accordance with applicable specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
PCC HARDSTANDING 100mm thick PCC M-10 (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor/sub-base to floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using 400kg of cement per cubic metre, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

AREA DRAINAGE Plain Cement Concrete, M-10 (nominal mix), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Extra for forming fair finished drain or drain channel 30cm inner girth in CM using extra cement including forms moulds mitred stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof of over or under 30cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
STEEL GATE WITH RCC PILLARS & CHAIN LINK FENCING Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, basulters nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and scewing etc wind ties for roof including security bolts; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
