M&L for providing and applying Epoxy resin Bonding agent of approved make prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-881-78type II , Grade 2 , class B+C to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in average thickness of 30 mm not exceeding 15mm in each layer by hand or spray application by providing and applying epoxy latex additives of approved make fibre reinforced, dual shrinkage compensated trowalable ,thixotropic cementitious structural repair mortar on exposed concrete surface as per technical specification. Material should have Compressive strength of 50 Mpa on 28 day and 20 MPa in 24 hour ,tensile strength in flexural of>- 6 Mpa in 7 days and tensile adhesion strength of 8 Mpa in 7 days with a consumption of water: powder ratio of 0.16, and mixing ratio of water :powder 0.15-0.16 by weight ( 4.5 - 4.8 ltr of water per bag ) , with a consumption of 2.2 kg per sqm per mm complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for drilling and fixing Non returnable valve (NRV) Nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep hole in structural members at the interval of 500mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in RCC structural element. Work shall b e carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes - Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles - Insert 12mm dia Non returnable valve (NRV) Nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzle to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the hole by applying thixotropic structural epoxy adhesive of approved make the to ensure complete sealing . Cure the system for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles - Cut the nozzles by chiser after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for injecting at site, cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1-Cement, 2-Water) including expanding non shrink grout admixture of approved make as specified 500 gm/50 Kgs bag. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/sqcm etc. complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled complete all as specified and as directed. (for repair to slab)

M&L for grouting injecting in two part, low viscosity injection resin of approved make, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout.. Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost. Mixing of materials :- Mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting maintain the pressure at exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (for Beam and columns) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around damaged member of columns providing and casting with ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete of approved make at level, having compressive strength > 60 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including providing and fixing of watertight foam faced finish shuttering of minimum 18mm thickness and drilling holes and fixing shear anchor of approved make, supporting formwork, all lead lift, mixing, placing, de-shuttering, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints differences if any to satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and curing complete all as specified and as directed Notes: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter of approved make and applying protective coating of approved complete all as specified and as directed

Schedule 'A' Part III - External Electrification

Taking down of old unserviceable cable of any core and size from any description complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed Note:Excavation, PCC cable cover and Sand for cushioning shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth in hard /dense soil getting out and levelling pf bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable/erection of poles complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling pf bottom surface to required level for laying UG cable/erection of poles complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated material complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.5m from starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying & laying in trenches clear sand/m sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified. Note:Punned thickness of sand will be measured.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV, type I, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm with in trenches to protect under ground cable all as specified and as directed
