Construction work of New CHC Building at Nimaj District Beawar (Fire Fighting and Fire Detection work)

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Driven fire fighting duty Terrace pump as per TAC and IS 12469-1988., Factory assembled in Pump make OEM suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following details given as A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H.

(A) Horizontal End suction Centrifugal Back pull type pump complete for delivery of below mentioned discharge and Head

(B) Material of construction : Pump Casing - Cast Iron, Impellor - Bronze, Shaft - SS 410, Packing - Mechanical Seal

(C) Squirrel cage induction motor (IE-3 Class) suitable for 3 phase, 415 V, 50 HZ, Ac supply , Class -F Insulation, Synchronous speed not Exceeding 3000 RPM, T.E.F.C confirming to IP:55 , of required HP suitable for the above pump ,along with flexible (Love Joy type) coupling , coupling guard complete in all respect .

(D) Common bed plate fabricated from mild steel channel for installation of pump and Motor including anti vibration pads.

(E) The Hydrostatic tests (2 times of design operating head or 1.5 times the shut off head whichever is higher) and performance tests (to determine developed head, Pump BHP and efficiency v/s Flow) of pumps along with trip test shall be carried out at manufacturer’s works in Virtual / Physical presence of Department’s representatives.

(F) Physical & Chemical Test reports of i) Pump casing (ii) Impeller (iii) Shaft (iv) Shaft sleeve and Dynamic Balance certificate is to be submitted by OEM

(G) Suitable size Reinforced cement concreat (M-30) foundation with foundation bolt, Nozing Angle of size 40mm x40mm x5 mm ( Cost of RCC Foundation to be paid Extra )

(H) Weather proof hood fabricated from 5mm thick UV stablised FRP sheet supported by 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm Angle Iron fram above pumpset to protect it from weather All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge.
