TTPS Operation Circle MPM II AC Plant Replacement of worn out auxiliary cooling water inlet and outlet pipe line from 400 mm header pipe to service building package unit and wornout expansion valve

Charges for dismantling the 80 NB pipes without disturbing adjacent pipes and removing wornout 80 NB MS pipes from 400 NB Header pipes to service building ACW line including charges for T&P and consumables.

Charges for cutting the 80NB MS pip to the required length, welding 80 NB MS flange with one end and other end welding with 400NB ACW header pipe to service building package unit for including charges for T&P and consumables.

Labour charges cutting and removing of wornout auxiliary cooling water both inlet and outlet line replacement of 80 NB ERW pipe total length 40 mtr in service building package unit from 400 mm ACW header pipe to service building package unit including welding of flange, T&P hire charges, consumables etc., scrap devaluted the store as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Charges for fixing of 80NB/50NB (6 Nos) valve in the inlet and outlet ACW pipe lines and 25 NB (2Nos) valve in air vents, providing of air vent pipes (2 Nos) in 80 mm pipe lines including the cost of T&P consumables as per the direction of engineer in-charge.

Material on Contractor Scope: 50 NB Brass Valve (Gun Metal valve)

Material on Contractor Scope: 80 NB NICI Gate valve

Charges for one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of enamel painting in 80 mm MS pipe and valve both inlet and outlet ACW pipe line from 400 mm ACW header line to service building package unit.

Charges for providing scaffolding arrangement up to the height of 5 to 6 mtr for cutting, removing the existing 80 NB line and replacing the 80 NB ACW pipe up to 35m length. After completion work dismantling the scaffolding arrangement including cost of scaffolding materials and hire charges for T&Ps

Charges for replacing of expansion valve admitting nitrogen gas and leak testing and commissioning.
