P/L of boulders in cement concrete mortar along with packing of boulders. Size of nallah boulder should be not more than 225mm. Cost is including royalty.

P/F of PEEP HOLES in retaining wall of cement concrete for removing of extra water using PVC pipe of 110mm dia(Average length of the pipe should be 3 RFT)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 2 Two or more coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter.
