Disconnecting electrical connections from the panel board, including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box; taking down/out monoblock motor and pump set of capacity upto 7.5 HP from the foundation/base plate after removing nuts, bolts, etc.; transporting the pump set to the workshop for necessary repairs and back to site; re-installing the same after repair, reconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections, and testing on full load, complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Sr No 10&13 : If the contractor fails to repair the motor and pump within seven (07) days from the date of removal, the same shall be got repaired through another agency by calling spot quotations at the risk and cost of the contractor. The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the contractor.

Opening of monoblock motor and pump of capacity upto 7.5 HP, taking out burnt winding wire and thoroughly cleaning the stator slots; rewinding the motor with super-enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight; repairing the pump by replacing unserviceable components, carrying out necessary machining work, and reassembling the same in original position including replacement of insulating materials, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Copper winding wire and spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items, if required.

Supply only, super-enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and weight, conforming to IS:13730 (Part I to IX) for rewinding of monoblock motor/Induction motor complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Labour for rewinding shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
