Operation & Maintenance Contract of E&M Installations installed at Doppler Weather Radar Building (DWR-IMD Department) at Nagpur Airport round the clock on all days including Sundays & holidays. Job involves operation, maintenance, attending complaints, preventive / routine / breakdown maintenance, documentation etc. as per terms & conditions and directions of Engineer-in-charge as required. 04 Nos. Skilled (Electrician / Wireman / DG optr.) Total manpower not less than 04 persons.

Minor Repairs & Maintenance Works

Filtration of insulating oil of 1 No. 250 KVA Transformer (Oil tank capacity - Approx. 340 Litres) including de-hydration with replacement of Silica Gel, testing & commissioning as per relevant IS codes & submission of BDV, acidity and water content test report etc. complete as required. (Total Oil Quantity - 340 litres).

Supply of new transformer oil having properties confirming to IS-335 for topping up in the existing transformer etc. as required.

CMC of Air Conditioners & Water Cooler cum Purifiers.

Annual comprehensive maintenance contract for air conditioners at DWR building which involves comprehensive maintenance of different types of air conditioners of different makes at different locations including supply of spares and consumables as per the contract terms and conditions and instructions of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 01 No. Vertive make 40 KVA UPS system through OEM / Authorized dealer of OEM for continuous power supply. Job includes quarterly visit and checking of UPS system unit & repairing / replacement of essential components as per OEM recommendations i/c replacement of all PCBs, fans etc. & any other essential services including breakdown calls if any.

Supply of following electrical spares as per the specifications mentioned and directions of E-I-C etc. as required.
