Provision for de-plastering of old damaged and decayed plaster including disposal of rubbish materials outside monument premises with all charges complete.

Provision for plastering in 40mm in two layer of 20mm with 1:1:1:1 (1 lime: 1surkhi: 1c. sand: 1brick jeera) lime surkhi composite mortar / traditional mortar mixed with organic compound / molasses in appropriate proportion and second layer of 20mm in 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1surkhi : 1 c. sand) lime surkhi composite mortar / traditional mortar mixed with organic compound / molasses in appropriate proportion with labour and materials all charges complete.

Provision for removal / taking out of loose stone from wall / kangooras etc. including shorting out of serviceable material and stacking at proper place for re-use and disposal of malba and debris within 500 mtr lead with all charges complete.

Provision of repairing/restoration of fortification wall/kangooras in stone masonary in 1:1:1 lime mortar (1 lime : 1 surkhi : 1 coarse sand) to matching with original including curing charges etc. including labour, material, GST, carriage /transportation up to working site with all charges complete.

Provision for pointing on ancient structures / stone walls/ kangoors etc. with 1:1:1 lime mortar (1lime :1surkhi :1 coarse sand) including racking, cleaning and washing the joints etc. complete matching to the original including labour, material, carriage /transportation up to working site with all charges complete.

Provision for taking out damaged decayed lime concrete flooring from the structure floor bit-by bit manually very carefully without damaging the structures with all charges complete.

Providing and laying lime concrete with lime surkhi traditional mortar in 1:1:1:4 mix with 20-25 mm brick aggregate mixed with molasses in appropriate proportion with labour and material etc. all charges complete.

Provision for pointing over existing pathway around the monument with labour and material all charges complete.

Provision for laying over burnt brick aggregate 90 mm to 45 mm including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing with material and labour and material charges etc. all complete.

Provision for 40 mm thick Red sand stone flooring of pathway over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints 3 mm thick, side buttered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar all charges complete.
