Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement four sand and eight hard broken stone) using 40mm ISSHBG metal for foundation, flooring and rendering the top rough to take floor finish including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc. Completeas per specification and as direceted TNBP SS NO. 28

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and watering etc., complete. Upto basement

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks of standard size including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges and all incidential charges etc., complete. Upto basement

Plastering in CM 1:5 ,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for Plane surfaces RC slab, beam, lintel bed block landing slab waist slab etc., Below GL

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steels to worksite including labour for cutting, jointing and welding if necessary including all labour charges for dying with binding wire etc., complete.
