M & L for dismantling of FIP for overhauling and calibration in authorised workshop including replacement of worn-out rings plungers, damper plate, gasket etc reassembling and testing complete all as directed for following DG Set:

Repair Overhauling of self starter including replacement of worn out clutch assembly bush, spring, plunger assembly, solenoid switch, carbon brushes,spring etc complete all as directed for the following DG sets:

M & L for replacement of old U/S existing make and model fly wheel ring including heating for press fitting for engine of DG set of capacity 30 KVA to 75 KVA, complete all as directed.

M & L for replacement of old U/S stop solenoid 30KVA to 50KVA DG Set complete all as directed.

Dismantaling of radiator of DG Set of capacity 25 to 50 KVA and transporting to work shop for servicing/cleaning after dismantling twin tanks, replacement of gasket packing, nuts bolts, washers, descaling with appropriate chemical and welding of copper brazing of damaged fins/tubes and reassembling & refixing in same position after tesing complete all as directed.

30 KVA TO 40 KVA

M & L for Scraping old paint of Electric Panel and Painting (internal & external surface) with two coats of synthetic enameal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including disconnecting electric connection and re-wiring without any damage of existing parts as directed by Engnr-in-Charge complete all as directed.
