Amount

Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and staking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankment/dumping area with lead upto 1000 metres, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(As per clause no.- 406 (b)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with Approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing . (As per clause no.- 602)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (Stablized) after mixing with water at OMC, 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulstion in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform single layer on sub- base / subgrade and compacting with road roller to achieve the desired density.(As per clause no.- 406)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (For BC)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors.

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its waistage Bend, hooks, binding wire and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. (8mm to 32 mm)

Providing and laying of 40 mm gauge Stone balast /Brick Work under Hume pipe culvert foundation & road work including all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work.Including All Taxes But Excluding GST

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Including All Taxes But Excluding GST

Pointing on brick work on eadge floor with cement mortar 1:2 Ruled Pointing (1cement :2 Fine sand) Including All Taxes But Excluding GST

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:3 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Including All Taxes But Excluding GST

Providing and Laying and fixing of N.P.-3 Hume pipe in proper position as directed by E/I including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance. Including cost of pipes/collars. 350mm Dia, Including All Taxes But Excluding GST.

Providing Laying and fixing of N.P.-3 Hume pipe in proper position as directed by E/I including cartage of pipes/collars upto 30m distance. Including cost of pipes/collars. 600mm Dia. Including All Taxes But Excluding GST.
