Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 25 mm thk (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown

Providing and fixing specified board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately) : Flat pressed 3 layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS:3087 12 mm

Providing and fixing specified pre-laminated medium density board with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I (exterior grade) in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, (fittings to be paid separately).
