Comprehensive maintenance and reparing/servicing of undermentioned Machines of Mechanical Laundry unit including cleaning, oiling ,greasing ,painting and carrying out routine check of the machine safety devices, relays, control switch gears, alarms , repair /replacement of wornout parts/defective minor spare such as screws ,nut,bolt ,washers ,contactor contacts ,contactor coils ,burnt wires ,lugs ,switches ,plug top ,complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Comprehensive maintenance and reparing/servicing of Boiler of 300/400 Kg/hour capacity of Mechanical Laundry unit including cleaning , oiling,greasing ,arresting leakages in heat exchanger coil&steam pipe lines ,painting of boiler and water tank and carrying out routine check of the machine safety devices, relays,pressure gauges , control switch gears, alarms, fuel pump, water pump, softener, burner, photo cell sensor , NRV, PRV including control valves , repair /replacement of wornout parts/defective minor spare such as screws ,nut,bolt ,washers ,contactor contacts ,contactor coils ,burnt wires , lugs complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Ramson Note for Sl No 1 & 2 : - i) The Deptt will handover laundry unit in working condition as is what is basis to the firm. The firm shall have a visit to the site before their quotings and firm is responsible to handed over back laundry unit to Deptt in operational condition in all respects while issue of completion certificate by Deptt to firm. (ii) The comprehensive maintenance quoted amount is included for Material and Labour for all consumable items, spar parts excluding spare parts (Supply only) here-in-after mentioned during the comprhensive maint period. (iii) The quoted firm is responsible to purchase spare parts from original manufacturers/auth distributor/dealer only and GST vouchers to be encl with payment claims. iv) Maintaining the unit at good working condition & desired condition complete allas directed. v) All instruments, tools & plants and equipments etc required to clean/check/ repairs to be provided by contractor. (vi) A record of repairs carried out in each visit of Laundry installation to be maintained separately duly signed by Contractor, JE and Engineer-in-charge. The maintenance certificate duly signed by contractor and concerned JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge seperately of Mechanical Laundry unit every month. (vii) The contractor to collect the complaint register daily and on completion/rectification of complaint the register will be updated and signed, The firm should provide suitable competent number of Skilled mechanics and If any laundry unit unserviceable at site, within 1 hr the mechanic should attend the complaint and the complaint to be resolved without any further delay. In case the problem could not be solved due to want of spares etc the matter to be informed to the contractor as well as to the concerned JE / AGE E&M. (viii) If the firm failed to provide Skilled Mechanics as per fault at the time of any unit Complaint a recovery @ of Rs.300/- per hour will be recovered from the Contractors dues wef the time of lodging of the complaint to till next/ completion of 24 hrs Also in case of any unit repair for want of spares the Contractor should provide the spare parts in time or with in 24 hours the unit should be made serviceable failing which a sum @ of Rs.500/- per hour wef the time after 24 hours shall be recovered from the Contractors dues. (ix) The Contractor should keep all the spare parts intact for the laundry units in the installation. (x) The firm is responsible to purchasce spare parts as required for day to day comprehensive maint shall be procured from original manufacturers/auth distributor/dealer only and the GST vouchers to be submitted to Deptt while claiming payments.
