Supply and fix Heat Resistant/Cool roof Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm and 8 to 10 mm thick) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner over a rendering of 15mm thick in same manner complete all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for application of high build polymer sand mortar in 1;3 using with Nitobond SBR @ 5ltrs per 50kg cement on ceiling surfaces 15 to 30mm thick in two layers surfaces over slurry priming coat of 1 volume Nitobond SBR to 1 volume water 3 volume fresh cement (5 sqm per litre nito bond SBR)all as per manufacturer’s instructions including preparation of surfaces, complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge
