MISC ITEM WORKS (SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV) (A) FENCING, SECURITY WALL AND GATE WORKS (NEW AND OLD RENOVATION WORK)

Supply and fixing punched tape concertina fencing 540mm erected dia (i.e 610mm dia coil) made with high tensile strength galvanized mild steel wire 2.6mm dia as per IS-4454 strip material (galvanized MS strip as per IS-1730) upto 3 metre height of wall with angle iron Y shaped placed 3.0 apart and with 9 horizontal RBT stud tie with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolting or GI based wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core (2.6mm dia) wire minimum barb 9mm width, loop spacing 250 (+)(-) 20mm , coil length 9m and fixing and laid in positon etc of make as approved by GE conforming to specification complete all as specified and directed.

(B) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

M&L for Road cutting for cable crossing and cutting with machine of appx size 45 cm and 90 cm depth with trench less method and making goodexisting surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing HT/LT Cable Route indicator /marker Dia-150/100 mm & thickness-3mm round shape with corrosion resistant made by Stainless steel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of thermoplastic Cable Junction Box/ Distribution Board IP-65 with metric knockouts for cable entry of size 10 to 35 sq mm x 4 core including fastening clamp with LT pole, box size: 333 x 233x 120mm hinged cover with locking arrangements including with terminals TPN strip, with 01 No MCB SP 6A of Make: HENSEL/ equivalent of Sintex complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning street light Timer Switch distribution boards max load 6 KW, Digital 24 Hour capacity, 415 volt, made out of CRCA Sheet Steel with front openable door fitted with necessary hinges, door locking by Panel lock and provision for Pad Locking duly phosphatized and powder coated and conforming to IP 54 degree of protection, complete suitable for wall mounting/ pole mounting with suitable clamps, nuts & bolts etc, internally pre-wired with suitable guage of copper wires and connecting up all incoming and outgoing cables with suitable cable glands, lugs, nuts, bolts and washers complete suitable for accommodating and including provision of following switchgears/ components :- a) Incoming MCB 40 Amp TPN - 01 No. b) 3 pole contactor 32 Amp TP - 01 No. d) Timer switch Digital type, 24 Hour - 01 No. Make: Havells cat No IHXTS03060 or equivalent in L&T/HPL/Indo asian.
