Supply, install, testing and commissioning of water cooler fully stainless steel electric driven, single phase having approx storage of 80 Litres and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour of latest technology having eco friendly refrigerent BEE 5 star rated ncluding taking down old water coolers and hand over to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing of automatic voltage stabilizer single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 v to 250 v with output voltage stabilized at 230 v with accuracy of +\- 2.5 % and of capacity 1 KVA.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (For phase and neural), with stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core, multistranded, FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed cabel 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked drawn in and including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit with fittings ISI marked, terminated in junction box incl 2.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete for one power point 15 Amps all as specified.

Supply and fix socket outlet 2-in-1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amps flush type all as specified.

Supply and fix switch piano flush type single pole, one way 15 Amps 240 volts all as specified.

Material and labour for 'Medium grade' galvanised iron tubes with all fittings such as tees bends etc fixed on walls, ceilings or laid in floors for 15mm bore all as specified and directed.

Supply Install and commissioning walk in cooler having cold room size 81.5'' x 81.5'' x 96'' (external), 76'' x 76'' x 88'' (internal), lamination for wall & ceiling insulation PPGI on outside and stainless steel on inside with pre fab modular PUF panels with thickness of insulation 60mm. PUF flush in type with door size 34'' x 78'', clear opening with accessories (Anti-Condensation, Door Heater, pad lock system, posi seal clouser, human safety, release knob) suitable for room temperature 2-8 deg C room temperature for storring 500-750 Kgs vegetables, the refrigeration capacity of the plant shall be 10,000 BTUH to maintain 4 deg C room temperature at 35 deg C ambient temp. The wall and ceiling of the cooler room shall be made out of 60 mm puf with 0.5 mm prepainted PPGI sheet as external finish and 0.5 mm stainless steel as internal lamination. Floor of the walk in cooler shall 50 mm PUF slabs finished with Tar filt insulation & 3'' PCC with Kota stone including anti skid tiling complete with the following

Cooling unit (Evapoarator Unit) forced air cooled SS 304 grade blue star make or equivalent). (b) Electrical inter connection with suitable size copper cable. (c) Refrigerant pipe with suitable size as required. (d) Suitable Refrigeration control comprising of temperature indicator. (e) Provision of suitable thermal insulation to suction line. (f) Suitable Refrigeration controls comprising of temperature indicator. (g) Charging of Refrigerant gas R-404A of sufficient quantity (h) Condenser is Air Cooled type. (j) Vapor-proof interior light - 01 No. (k) Interconnecting between IDU & ODU by copper pipes. (l) Electrical Contol panels, Emergency Aarm, Digital Temperature indicator cum controller provided. (m) Provision of electrical control panel having starters for compressor motors, isolating switches, relays etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 6 sqmm single core FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable, 1100 volt grade, multistranded copper conductor cable including one run of 6.0 sqmm single core FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 20 mm dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories/ PVC casing capping of suitable size and accessories on surface of wall / roof etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC(1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed

Material and labout for two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surface including perparation of surface complete all as specified

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating Gl based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken stone or boulders hardcore gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed.

M& L 75mm thick cement concrete1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base under floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5mm clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses string courses lacing course, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed & including necessary form work exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies set in CM (1:4), 25 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, measured solid including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed
