Annual Maintenance contract- Repair and Rectification and Civil Engg works at NCBS campus-2026-27

Compensation for arranging suitable working mechanisms for attending to repair/ rectification/ replacement /fixing new items/ restoration of damages of Civil, PH items, systems etc requiring services of experienced & skilled masonry, plumbing etc for following jobs all as per direction of the NCBS Engineers etc., complete. The Quote is for NCBS Campus comprises Of Laboratorybuildings,Animal houses, Lecture halls, Seminar halls,Stores buildings, Substations, Sports cum Dining complex, Guest houses, hostelblocks, pump houses, security blocks, Green houses and other buildings Nature of Maintenance works in Plumbing:Repair/rectification/restoration of CI sluice valves, Gun metal valves, Ball valves, wash basins, taps, wall & sink mixtures, float valves,drinking water purifying dispensors, flush valves & tanks, EWC & IWC, floor trap & nahini trap,like public health work items of building, repair/replacement / restoration of GI, CI, PVC & CPVC all elements of water supply and waste water and sewarage lines including chasing of walls and all connected work for attending to their maintenance and to see that they are functioning properly to the satisfaction of users and laying of new service lines etc complete. Maintenance/repair of plastering in Cement Mortar, skirting &minor masonry works,Granite Flooring pavement work and all items of work connected to the masonary trade requiring the services of masons to the satisfaction of users etc complete. Delivering quality painting work connected to the painting trade requiring the services of painter to the satisfaction of users etc., complete. Nature of Maintenance works in Aluminium partition works : Maintenance/repair / replacement / restoration of Joineries, partitions, and like items etc., of Aluminium/steel, including attending repair/replacement of fixtures,spares, builders hardware, etc., to see that they are functioning properly to the satisfaction of users etc complete.Welding for attending repair and renew / restoration of MS structural frame works. Promptly Attending to all day to day works ,involving cleaning the terraces of dried leaves, clearing the khurras, helping in the shifting of the furniture, helping of technicians with works respect to plumbing,Masonry attending any work requiring manhours, etc complete all as per specification and directions of Engineer-In-Charge etc. Related civil maintenance works etc., complete. Note: For the above work the contractor shall arrange suitable work force throughout the contract period, except on Sundays.(If required the work should be attended on Sunday also) These work force shall be on duty during the office hours and available whenever the NCBS Engineers require their services for promptly attending to assigned works. It is the responsibility of contractor to ensure to provide suitable substitute, whenever the strength of the work force getting reduce. The work shall be done in a workman like manner at optimum time. A register will be kept for recording the works carried by the contractor which shall be signed by their work force and reporting to duty and time of leaving which will be checked by NCBS and suitable reduction shall be made on prorata basis for any unattended works resulting in non availability of suitable work force. If any unsuitable/ do not possess the requisite skill and whose performance is not upto the mark shall not be considered for the job as per the decision of the NCBS. The Quote is inclusive of ESI, PF, ELI, GST, Bonus, time to time wage revision and other Aminities like providing safety shoes uniform, ID Card, Tools and Tackles etc. To the work force and Wages should be latest Minimun wages from Ministry of Labour GOI.

Assisting day to day maintenance in civil Engineering works, maintenance/ repair/ rectification works as follows. Preparation of Estimates for new/ Additional and alteration works, execution of work,preparing bills. Maintenance schedules etc.Recording measurements and processing of bills.Site supervision during excution of work. Nature of works at site: Assisting in Resource of Material, Close Supervision of works/ticket related works for timely completion with quality. Periodical inspection for Sensor base taps and urinals for its efficient workability-To monitor the serviceability of Delivery lines and outlets for leak issues in service shafts,to check flow rate/pressure in major water consumption areas for monitoring the Quantity. O&M Works in water treatment plants, Green houses for civil related works And also assistance in Maintenance of Drinking water purifiers installed in campus for Its Quality and its workability.
