SUB HEAD: DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

Dismantling and disposal of all serviceable and unserviceable material within the area demarcated in the attached drawing. These materials include but are not limited to, flooring, false ceiling, tiling, partitions, panelling, cladding, brickwork, concrete, RCC, plumbing, internal doors, internal windows, glazing, metal work, cabinetry, electrical work, sanitary work, light fittings, switches, cabling, fire fighting lines and risers. The only items to be excluded are electronic equipment and any other equipment/ material that the CLIENT may wish to retain/ reuse. Disposal of dismantled material shall include loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground outside property of the CLIENT. Bidders MUST visit the premises and ascertain the items and extent of demolition and disposal.

SUB HEAD: MASONARY WORK

Modifiction of Cable trench with necessary with plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

SUB HEAD:FINISHING

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished,Statuario Marble with prepolished, machine cut for Flooring and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. As per direction of Engg.-in-Charge

Providing and fixing 75mm high skirting in required position to be screewed to the existing walls, panelling surfaces, partitions etc including pre polished moulding etc complete as per manufacturers specifications and directions of EIC.: Laminated Wooden skirting. Basic Rate of Wooden flooring is Rs.3000- per sq.m. Action Tessa / Sharper, As per direction of Engg.-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Curve/Bend Acoustic Metal Partition: - 1) All the properties and material of construction shall be like Metal partition, but the front and back tiles shall be having perfect curve to meet the aesthetical requirement of the Control room and shall allow easy installation of the LVS/Screens on it. 2) Copy of Test certification for ASTM E84 (from UL/Intertek) for the surface burning characteristics of wall Partition tiles. This is mandatory requirement from Fire safety point of view. 3) Wall Partition shall be Seismic Zone 5 Tested & certified from approved government agency. 4) The Wall Partition system must be RoHS (Intertek/UL) certified. As per direction of Engg.-in-Charge. “Structure shall be made from modular, heavy duty powder coated CRCA frame (minimum sheet thickness 1mm) and shall allow uninterrupted flow of wires/cable/tubes of maximum diameter 25mm. Structure shall be securely connected from wall, roof and floor. It shall be made up of minimum 1mm thick vertical slotted rolled C sections (Upright) and horizontal rolled ‘C’ connectors. Grid of desired dimension shall be formed by Vertical and horizontal sections having 20 to 50mm pitch.”

Supply and fixing of Acoustic/Modular rigid PVC Metal Paneling 1) Factory made removable type self inter lockable metal panels with front sheet of Preformed Textured Hot dip galvanized sheet with rigid polyvinylchloride (PVC) film on one side and on the other side a coating to avoid rust (sheet thickness 0.6mm & PVC Coating at least 0.11mm). The back cover of the panel shall be made up of 0.6mm thick CRCA/GI sheet of approved colour. The paneling design shall comprise of specially designed combination of perforated and non-perforated panels through CNC laser Cutting, bending & punching. Panels shall be designed to achieve shape and design as per the design consultant and shall be fixed using GI/CRCA hook fitting on structure. 2) Sound transmission class (STC) value of 35 for Wall Paneling & Partition. (According to IS: 9901 (Part III) – 1981, DIN 52210 Part IV- 1984, ISO:140(Part III) -1995. 3) Safety of Operator is a high concern area therefore paneling must be seismically tested and qualified for zone 5 vibrations.The test must be carried out by authorized government agency. 4) UL Certified design feature of Load bearing capacity of Paneling - Paneling structure shall have load carrying capacity of 300 Kg to hold any display unit on clamp having minimum length of 750mm. 5) The Metal Paneling system shall be RoHS certified (from UL / Intertek) to ensure restriction of hazardous substance so that the final product does not contaminate the environment. 6) The proposed Metal paneling tiles shall be tested and certified as Class A as per ASTM E84 (from UL/Intertek) for surface spread of flame and smoke generation. This is mandatory to ensure that the materials used in the interiors do not provoke fire. 7) UL Certified design feature of Modular wall Paneling tile having secure locking arrangement for equidistant mounting. Locking arrangement shall enable easy replacement without using any tool within 20 seconds. The feature shall provide easy flexibility of locking all tiles in one column through gravity. 8) Structure shall be made from modular, heavy duty powder coated CRCA frame (minimum sheet thickness 1mm) and shall allow uninterrupted flow of wires/cable/tubes of maximum diameter 25mm. 9) Structure shall be securely connected from wall, roof and floor. It shall be made up of minimum 1mm thick vertical slotted rolled C sections (Upright) and horizontal rolled ‘C’ connectors. Grid of desired dimension shall be formed by Vertical and horizontal sections having 20 to 50mm pitch. 10) Thickness of Paneling- Overall system thickness for paneling shall be 60mm to 90mm. “Structure shall be made from modular, heavy duty powder coated CRCA frame (minimum sheet thickness 1mm) and shall allow uninterrupted flow of wires/cable/tubes of maximum diameter 25mm. Structure shall be securely connected from wall, roof and floor. It shall be made up of minimum 1mm thick vertical slotted rolled C sections (Upright) and horizontal rolled ‘C’ connectors. Grid of desired dimension shall be formed by Vertical and horizontal sections having 20 to 50mm pitch.”

Supplying to site and installation of Junction boxes for Floor and Ceiling raceways made from 2 mm thick , with 2.5 mm thick GI cover including providing neoprene gaskets between the cover and the junction box, cadmium plated flat/round head screws, height as per site condition,totally enclosed. Proper cutouts shall be made in the side walls for raceway entry wherever required. The junction box shall be all side walls should be welded expect top cover and all side walls shall have suitable size of rectangular knock out holes for taking raceways / conduits as required and not a complete cut out. The top cover should be sealed with M Seal to make it dust and water proof complete as required etc. As per direction of Engg.-in-Charge

SUB HEAD: ROOFING/CEILING

Supply of Stretch ceiling with hanging housing: As Shown in 3D Image (Illuminated with LED luminaires) 1) The ceiling shall be supplied with demountable translucent stretch ceiling membrane with harpoon, corners ready to install. It shall not get discoloured & sag. All joints shall be provided with appropriate interface trims to be able to demount the ceiling to access the lights. The ceiling shall be installed using ceiling aluminium suspension system, complete as per manufacturer’s installation guidelines and as per approved shop drawings in line with the design intent and approval by Architect/Engineer Incharge approval. LED strips shall be installed using custom aluminium extrusions to ensure longevity of the installation. The ceiling shall have following features and properties: - 1.1) Simple and maintenance friendly: Installed in a few hours and finished product shall not require any taping, spackling, or painting, and shall be easily cleanable. 1.2) Durable: The systems shall resist shocks and shall not crack with movement or under stretch conditions. 1.3) Safe: The membranes and profiles shall have passed the stringent fire and safety tests. 1.4) The membrane shall have been classified as non-toxic upon burning. The Flexible membrane shall be b-s1-d0 / ASTM E-84 class A tested/certified. 1.5) Green: Membranes shall be 100% recyclable. 1.6) There shall not be any welding defect on Membranes for years to come on the perimeter edging or in the seams.
