EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 900mm x 900 mm x 900mm (internal dimensions ) including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC work in the foundation and top of the wall, plaster on internal surfacess with CM 1:4 cement mortar, Mild steel cover 3.15 mm thick and angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm frame , locking arrangements with lock and key /pad lock brass 4 levers with key in duplicate), duly painting the steel surfacess with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over on coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified shown on drawing and as directed.

M&L for cutting of CI/DI/GI pipe of 100/150 mm bore including inserting of Tee, collars connecting pieces etc in between and making pipe line workable after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, returning filling, removal of surplus soil shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for cast iron air release valves flanged end with two air outlets of 100 mm dia bore fixed on 100 mm dia (confirming to IS-14845) pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (earthed) grade for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for HT XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

SSupplying, installation testing & commissioning of 09 mtr high pole base plate size 220x220x12 mm, pole fabricating out of medium grade tapered pole octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal confirming to BSEN 10025 or equivalent with base plate Fe 410 confirming to IS 2062 of suitable thickness with provision of 4 Nos foundation bolts EN 8 Gr.
