M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n,exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells cesspit, manholes, pier holes,etc n,exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in Soft/loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of debris/retrieved materials shall be thrown out of site at place as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point as in soil , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for , Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 , type-C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete in surface channels and drains ,type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete ,type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound. ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes for 200mm bore of pipe, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars etc ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: 1. The rates include for laying pipes level or to falls in trenches, etc. on concrete bed or directly on hard ground as indicated and making joints and testing.2. The rates include for all necessary extra joints, waste, and cutting etc ).

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes of cement concrete 1:3:6 type-C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under,haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore dia of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: (1) The rates for concrete beds to drain pipes cater for the following widths and thickness:- (i) Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes: 15cm for pipes 200mm dia and over.(ii) Width of bed: Outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm. (2) The contractactor shall quote the rates with including for any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls.

M&L for providing Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs under-reamed piles and mass concrete , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips ,quality confirming to TMT bars ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for medium density fibre (MDF) of size as per given below , exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.For the following:-

M&L for Plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads, sectional area Exc 13 Sq cm & n Exc 25 Sq cm, in 2nd class hardwood, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge

M&L for making Chamfers, splays, grooves, rebates, rounded angles, rounded nosings, tongued and grooved edges (each tongue and each groove measured) etc., exc 3mm but n. exc 75mm girth on softwood , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of wood & wood based surfaces over 10cm width & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ((ordinary tint) (eachcoat)) over a pink primer as a priming coat , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 75 mm brass handle, cast type , polished bright , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality 4.00mm thick and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane and fixing cabinet shutters with necessary screw/ fittings etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Stainless steel trolley made with perforated sheet not less than 1.52 mm thick and SS edging wire and slided over SS telescopic runner which is fixed to wall/stone with suitable screws of desired shape and size ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Stainless steel soft close hydraulic action hinge with capacity to take load of 12 to 20 mm thick board ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F magnetic catches brass body and striking plate with aproved quality ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
