Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:4sand:8graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: a) Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying 1:1.5:3(1cement,1.5 sand, 3graded stone agg 20mm N/S) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for fainforced concreet work in wall (any thikness)atteched pillastter,buttresses beam girders and contilevers upto the floor lavel.

Half brick masonry in common brunt clay building bricks in :cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 sand) first class brick in super - structure as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness i/c hinges jump lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable luge with split and tails to each jamb i/c steel but things 2.5mm thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreetment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Pannelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clear storey windows including bright finish black enamel led iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick: 2nd class deodar wood within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 ( 1Cement :3 Sand) as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of rerquired shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink. as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give even shade including cleaning all dirt, dust and other foreign matters white paint (a) Ready mixed paint brushing with in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per thedirection of Engineer in Charges.
