Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heating system of 1000 LPD capacity at RMS Chail. The solar water heating system confirming to IS 12933 and 13129 (amended) with comprise of the following:- (a) Supply and fixing cylindrical type hot water tank of capacity,1000 litres made of stainless steel sheet 1.60 mm thick including installation with PUF 50 mm thick of 40 kg/cum density covered with SS 430 stainless steel cladding with 1mm thick sheet and staging all as specified & as directed. Provision of electrical heating backup system incl thermostate and element etc as per OEM. (b) Supply and fixing 10 Nos collector flat type of capacity 100 litres each and having dimensions as per OEM with ISI marked including cover plate, collector box, absorber, insullation and mild steel staging all as specified & directed. (c) Fabricating, supply & fixing of wtaer make up tank of suitable capacity made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet including 15 mm bone float valve (ISI marked), painting 2 -coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on external surface & internal surfaces shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paintcomplete all as specified and directed. (d) Supply & fixing temperature gauge ISI Marked dial type having range 0-100 degree centigrade. (e) water connection from collectors to hot water tank , make up water tank including GI pipes and insulation etc complete.

S & F 15 mm bore water tubes, medium grade galvanised with all fittings including suitable insulation with O class Nitrile Rubber of 9 mm thickness with aluminium foil externally and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 02.00 above but for 20 mm bore tubes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 02.00 above but for 25 mm bore tubes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm dia bib tap, brass, chromium plated with capston head and cup washer, scresed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20 mm bore gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 06.00 above but 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC water storage tank of 1000 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, 3 layered (Cylindrical / vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position, connected to water system incl provision of float valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing, fabrication and erection for mild steel framed work such as in grills, framed guard bars, hold fasts, cages for monkely menace, framed doors and gates and similar works, doors drilled to fix sheet, welding, fitting, drilling , prepared to hanging confirming to Fe 410 W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fixing, fabrication and erection for hard drawn steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia fabric cut to lengths bent to shape required and welding to steel frame weight n. exc 4 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new iron or steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying tow coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of columns , posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core XLPE (cross linked polythene ) armoured with galvanised round steel wire or steel strip , electric power cable heavy duty, with multi stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches, ducts or pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and fixing of HDPE pipe of size 50 mm dia with all connected accessories complete as specified and directed.

S&F SPN distibution board 8 way,double door , IP 43 , as per IS 8623 , including fixing on surface/ concealed with connected accessories and incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/ thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F RCCB for earth leakage protection 4 pole ,63 Amp rating, 30mA capacity suitable for 240 Volts complete all as specified and and as directed.

S&F MCB, SP 240 volts, 50Hz , breaking capacity 10KA, upto 16 Amps, B curve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick thick surrounded by char coal and salt burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected with GI wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel and connected to earthing test point including all earth work , earth lead protection light grade GI pipe of 15 mm dia, light grade GI pipe of 20 mm dia for watering with funnel , wire mess, PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) If desire earthing resistance not obtained then re-earthing or any other work shall be done by contractor without any additional cost. (ii) Only test point measured and paid separately under relevent item.
