Loader, on a prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Compactor to achieve the desired density including all Material, labour, machinery, lighting barricading and maintenance of Driversion complete. (MoRTH specification clause 401). with all lead & lift

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

M-30, 60 mm thick to be used in non traffic areas like building premises, monument premises, land scapes, public gardens/ park, domestic drives, paths and patios, Embankment slopes, sand stabilization Area etc.( As per table 1 of IS 15658:2006 Category A Denated units to key into each other on four faces zigzag shape as per IRC SP 63:2004

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. ('Original producers' who manufacture billet directly from iron ores and roll the bilets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786) Thermo-mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevent IS code)

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10 m)fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2required.

Providing and installation of Poly Carbonate Sheet roofing over existing steel framing as per drawing and design including fixing with non-corrodible nuts and water proof washers as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.10 mm thick

Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

BOUNDARY WALL

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick .

Stone work (machine cut edges) for Wall cladding/ Veneering work up to 10 m height with 20 to 30 mm thick Pink Sand stone (Bansi Paharpur) and backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid separately) Exposed face Machine cut

Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1 : 2 : 4 mix 50mm thick complete as per specification :

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Extra if square,rectangular hollow tubelar sections are used or grill made by flats only

Supply & Planting of shady plants ( Neem. Peepal, Goolar, Jamun, Imli or other specified) along road side including the following activities:-

Preparation of soil including cleaning & removing of unwanted shrubs removal of stones & garbage.

Supply of plant at site of two years of age & height more than 1.50 Mtr.

Supply of dry manure(Farm yard manure organic)

Supply of Insecticides.

Digging of pits size 60x60x60 cms. Including removal of stones. Manuring application of insecticides & watering at least 1.5 Liter per plant after planting

Half brick Circular tree guard in second class bricks, internal dia 1.25 meter and height 1.20 meter above ground and 0.20 meter above ground and 0.20 meterr below ground. Bottom two courses laid dry and top three couses in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand) and the intermediate courseses being in dry honey comb masonry. As per design complete.

Watering to plants

Maintance of plants by the contractor including pits, preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding etc & application of insecticiedes etc. & security. If the plant die during maintence contractor has to rplace same heingh plant at his own cost.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding:

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Dry lean cement concrete sub - base. Construction of dry lean cement concrete 1:3:6 sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blening to be as per Table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 200 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Providing and Laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or Fix form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures and vacuum processing pump as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per MoRTH Specification : Clause No. 602, 112. Using Cement concrete M-30 pavement Grade

Providing and Fixing of Retro Reflectorised direction & place identification sign boards made out of retro reflective sheeting of High Intensity prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67: 2012 & Type IV standards of ASTM D4956-09 specifications, fixed over 2mm thick Al / 4 mm thick ACP sheet supported with Back support frame of 25x25x3mm mild steel angle with areas not exceeding 0.9 sqm. Supported in mild steel angle iron post 75x75x6mm - 3 mtr height ,firmly fixed to the grounf by means of properly designed foundation of M20 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60 cm below ground level complete (as per MoRT&H specification No.801) (for area Less than 0.9 sqm). 7 years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing & Fixing of Signages printed on Acrylic sheet 3mm thick of appropriate size including fixing on wall,Door ,Ceiling ,Stone Etc with proper clamps ,hanger ,cleats anchor fastner etc complete of any size decided by EIC
