Disconnection of the 1250 KVA transformer from H.T. & L.T. side from HT sides with proper protection by engaging skilled Electrician and as per direction of EIC.(1250 KVA Transformer)

Drain out the old transformer oil from the OLTC portion and keep the same in an empty drum including supply of empty drum as per direction.(630 Ltrs from 3 Nos OLTC)

Supply of Transformer oil as per IS:335(1993) specification in a sealed drum.(Make:-Servo/Transol/approved make)

Supply & Delivery of Silica gel with breather.(Make:-Approved make)

Supply of Nuts, bolts with washers.(For 1250 KVA Transformer)

Atfirst removing damaged Nuts and bolts with washers from top, bottom(Pad mounted portion), then replaced by new one carefully one by one, to prevent any kind of damaged as per direction of EIC.

Filling the transformer oil through filter machine by newly supplied oil after filtration to the OLTC Portion engaging skilled and unskilled personnel for increasing IR value as per direction including hire charges of oil filter machine and oil testing equipment and 5 KVA DG set and carraige the same from and back as per direction of EIC.(1250 KVA Transformer's OLTC)

Making necessary connection of Transformer at HT and LT sides after cleaning, washing tightened up the cable end with cable termination Kit and wrapping with new adhesive and insulation tapes,including testing and commissioning all complete as per direction of EIC.(Both L.V. & H.V. Sides of 1250 KVA Transformer)
