Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetations, grass bushes,shrubs,sapling and trees of girth upto 300mm (Three hundred milimetres)removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned,upto any lead including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm(One hundred fifty milimetres) in thickness as per technical specification Clause 201 in area of non thorny jungle and area of thorny jungle asper direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by all means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil ,ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling/wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired road width of the road and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries ,materials, tools ,equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 3932.51 cubic metre (Three thousand nine hundred thirty two decimal five one cubic metre ) quantity at the rate of Rupees 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor,s running bills actually excuted at site on pro-rata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work executed . Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts. Setting out with bench mark, working bench mark, reference pillars ,burgees as the rate of 50 (fifty )metre interval on both sides of the formation width and typical bench mark, reference pillar/ burjees as per MORD technical specification section 100 (one hundred) and as per direction ofr Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (Three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per M.O.R.D.Technical Specification Clause 303 in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all type of structure such as R/wall and B/wall , culvert and drain etc. depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 300 and 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 for nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths and including the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing . Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeter into twenty five millimetre into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos.
