Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up CI/DI water mains 80mm bore (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends (CI pipe line burning out lead joints for recovering lead) for removing blockage and damaged pipe complete all as specified and directed. Supply and laying in trenches or on pillars centrifugally cast DI pipe (spun) 100mm dia class K7 in any length laid in trenches/surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) DI special fittings will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of sch.

M&L for replacement 150mm dia CI /DI pipe with centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipe (DI) 150mm bore dia with flanged ends in any length laid in trenches/surface with rubber insertion packing 3mm thick complete including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) DI special fittings & earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of sch.

Labour only for run lead joints 80mm to 200mm bore CI Pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Lead retrieved from item No 4 to 7 here-in-before during taking up/down shall be used in this item.

M&L for Run lead joints upto 200mm bore cast iron pipes and fittings etc., (Spigot and Sockets) after testing the joint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement tyton/ rubber gasket for DI fittings and pipe upto 200mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to joint leakage of CI/DI pipe line of any dia , by cocking and inserting extra lead/gasket/nut bolts rubber sheet clamp if any required at site and making the joint leakage free, including necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling and testing the joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of CI/DI fittings upto 200mm bore such as bends (any type radius and angle) Tappers (any type straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee , single branch, Y junction, double branch, connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces, Collars, Caps and plugs etc, including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair in leakage/ blocked ferrule joint of water connection pipe by using rubber sheet, clamp & nut bolts and any other material reuired at site for making the existing joint leakage free, including necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling and testing the joint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out GI Pipe 15/20mm bore with all fittings and accessories etc, from trenches/ surface and removing blockage and damaged pipe complete including cleaning the serviceable pipe for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation/earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 ( 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in making cement concrete thrust block for supporting of pipe bend, tee & dead end etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement of lead/rubber gasket joints of 150mm bore CI/DI pipe vertical line of overhead tank including extra lead and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning to chambers internal surfaces of RCC overhead reservoir capacity 25000 glns, 18 mtr staging or above of any type by removing bleaching powder/Al-Tock residue, silt sand, mud, fungus etc with steel wire brush and getting out. Cleaning, washing and flushing including writing date of cleaning and due date of cleaning with synthetic enameled white paint on black back ground (Black back ground shall be painted with synthetic enameled black paint) letter n.exc. 10cm in height including all T&P required. Three Photographs of inside surface of tank of each OH Tanks should be taken before cleaning & after cleaning and submitted to Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rates are to be including charges of hiring T&P. (ii) Contractor shall be responsible for care and safety of person deployed for cleaning to off reservor.

Supply and fixing in replacement for Sheet metal enclosure, factory made suitable for DB's 240 Volts single pole and neutral 2 Ways with 200 Amps without bus bar, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB single pole with natural 240 volts 20 to 40 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Weather proof PVC flat twin core aluminium conductor of size 4.0 sqmm with all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/servicing to over head water level indicator gauge complete with replacement of floot valve steel 200mm, Pully as per site requirement,steel pulling wire,fixing clumps etc and applying two coats of super enammeled black paint over a coat of red oxide paint on whole scale and rewriting of existing marking with super enammeled white paint to scale of overhead tank /sumps etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation and painting the external surface of over head resorvior wire having staging 18 mtr capacity 25000 glns with two coats of exterior grade weather proof Cement base paint After Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint and painted to over head tank, railing and iron laddor ,doors with super synthetic, heat resistant paint complete all as specified and directed including all existing writing works with enammeled paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rates are to be including charges of hiring T & P. (ii) Contractor shall be responsible for care and safety of person deployed for cleaning to off reservor.

S&F in replacement PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, flexible Copper Conductor 0.5 Sqmm, 6/8 core control cable, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 for water level indicator fixing on wall or hanging in air with the help of GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old U/S water level indictor of any type with new for Water Level Indicator with Low & High Water Level Alarm conforming with 4 levels of LED indication representing 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% levels in the tank, Power ON Led indication, Audio & visual Level indication including with 4 Nos moulded silver steel contact type sensor complete all as specified and directed.
