Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m but n exc 3.0 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 50 Metres but not exceeding 100 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Bringing approved earth from outside Ministry of Defence (MOD) land and deposited where directed including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick,complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) Payment will be made for nett quantity after compaction,worked out based on initial levels and finished levels as specified. (ii) Sample of Earth to be bought in shall be got approved by GE in writing by the contractor before bringing in the earth required under this item. (iii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of royalty for earth obtained from outside MOD land. (iv) Earth shall be obtained from sources approved by Engineer-in Charge from outside MOD land.

Materials and Labour for, broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 Design Mix, using 20 mm graded aggregates in foundations; foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix, using 20 mm graded aggregates in walls,retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire crate measured separately),complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sided and soffits of plinth beams and similar works; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete, flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to faces of walls,retaining walls,abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters,buttresses,etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete, flat,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix,4mm dia galvanised steel wire,225x150mm mesh,made up into mattresses or cages, lapped,wired and laid in position,including closing after filling,complete all as specified and directed

Supply Only,hard drawn steel wire fabric in available size weight per square metre not exc.4.0 Kg,all as specified.

Supply Only,100 mm bore,high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 ,all as specified.
