Taking down carefully ceiling fan any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the blades and removing fan incl blades and repair, servicing, paiting if required and after repair to fix same place complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 380m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers including antidust painting complete including cutting holes on wall, making good and finishing of disturbed surfaces matching with the exisitng surfaces, necessary fixing arrangements such as fastener bolts, nuts, washers etc; of appropriate size all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully geyser any size and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the accessories and repair, servicing, paiting if required with Hot water connection pipe 2 Nos and after repair to fix same place complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board TP & N 4 way (vertical load line distribution board) with metal double door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates including 4 pole MCCB 160Amp 25 KA - 01 No fixed type and SP MCB 63 Amps 'C' curve 10 KA - 12 Nos outgoings complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 along with cable end box for above DB complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) MCB and MCCB cost shall be included under respetive item of sch. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

M&L for single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps 240 volt capacity complete all as specified and directed.( for AC)

M&L for triple pole and neutral enclosure with a three pin and earth plug and socket complete with one triple pole MCB of 63 Amps 415 volt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacment of factory made, sheet metal enclosure distribution boards, double door type, protection class ( IP-42), suitable for mounting MCBs confirming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 with min 200 Amps rating copper bus bar ,SP&N 8 ways ,220 volts complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, MES SSR Part I- 2009 with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection to earthing lead and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover, cast iron frame complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC with suitable Mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. (ii) PCC pit shall be provide at least 500 mm away from the earth pit and not on just on the eath pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings junction etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire and GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any varriation in quantity shall be adjusted.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable in trenches or on poles / walls, XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ poles/ under road/ floor etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
