Taking down old unsv rusted LT panel of any size from its existing position duly disconnected all electrical connection complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning LT distribution panel board of of size 1.20 m (L) x 0.60 m (H) x 0.50 Mtr (D) ,factory made, cubical, out door type with slant top at least 20cm projection all around, Feeder pliller type fabricated with angle iron / flat iron frame work , enclosed with 3.15 mm thick with independent door for each feeder , bus Bar chamber, cable tray on both sides fully comparted type, front openable hinged door for each compartment with locking arrangement and common openable hinged door from rear side, floor mouting type, dust & vermin proof conforming to IP-54 protection and as per IS, including painting the panel with two coat of synthitic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer , including providing Aluminium bus bar three phase 300Amp and half neutral mounted on porcelain insulator with PVC sleeves having RYB & N colour code and making adequate provision to accommodate the following accessories (i) incoming MCCB 250 Amps, 4-pole 415 volts-01 No & outgoing MCCB 125 Amps, 4 pole - 01 No & 100 Amps 01 No (Make-Havells/L&T/Scheneider),Voltmeter & Ammeter- 01No , indication LED Lamps - 03 Nos,fixed by means of nuts,bolts and washers of suitable size complete, including connecting cables with the incoming / out going feeders by providing cable glands and cable lugs,fixing of earth lead to earth terminal of panel complete, all as specified and directed, including neccesery excavation, PCC foundation not less than 0.5mtr deep x 0.75 mtr wide along the length of panel complete all as specified & as directed. Taking down of unserviciable old UG Cable of any size and as directed.

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated, Armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles/walls jointing to O/H conductor/ LT panels, main switch with suitable size of Aluminium lugs complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge including taking down of following sizes given below . ( Note : (i) Excavation shall be measures and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A', (ii) Rate of Aluminium lugs deemed to be included in the qouted Rate of item) . Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm . (Note :- Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid) .

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying(in replacement) GI pipe 40 mm dia “Light Grade” in trenches/under floors or roads/along poles or wall for protection of cables/wire incl sealing ends all as specified & directed. (Make : Jindal / Nizone or equivalent)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the GI earth strip 32 x 6mm , by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 32mm bore light grade from earthing test point or main controling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh,charcoal or coke andcommon salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm (compactedd thickness) all round the earth electrode,concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C bothways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work in excavation,returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including earthing pit cover etc. complete all as directed.

Dismantling of steel pole/struts of any size & type duly disconnecting all electrical connections including taking down cross arms / ACSR conductors etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position GI poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug,bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) , complete all as specified ( Note : - Earth work & PCC work will be meadured & paid seprately under relavent item)

M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base foundation of the pole all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass filling (encasing the pole upto GL) all as directed and as specified.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth coping/collar above GL complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair FR cable of size 2.5 sqmm Three core PVC insulated, stranded PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable for electric connection with Street light feeder complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Thermoplastic cable junction box of size 300X200X105mm with complete three phase terminal with connecting clamps, nuts,screws etc. complete with fixing arrangement. (Make : Hensel/ Syntex or equivalent)

S&F street light fittings complete, 60 Watt LED new generation energy saving roadway luminaire IP-66 degree of protection complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Bajaj/ Havells/HPL/CG/Surya
