Servicing to the 250 LPH UV/UF type purifier by way of dismantling the interconnecting/inlet and outlet pipes of the UV/UF unit and descaling of the these fittings and replacement of damaged Fittings/Accessories (UPVC/CPVC).

Servicing to the 250 LPH UV/UF type purifier by way of extracting/removing the old Filter Media of the UV/UF Unit and replacement by new one as under.

Replacement of Activated Carbon

Providing and fitting Pre filter of size (40mm-80mm dia) x 250mm

Providing and fitting Pre filter of size (40mm-80mm dia) x 500mm

Replacement of UF Membrane Element with allied accessories. The job includes the testing of the Membrane after replacement.

Overhauling/Servicing of various electromechanical components of 250 LPH UV/UF type purifier as under:

Complete overhauling/ Servicing to the Raw water pump (1hp) by way of replacing the damaged pump body, glands, fans, etc.

Complete overhauling/ Servicing to the High Pressure pump (2hp) by way of replacing the damaged pump body glands, seals, fans, etc.

Providing and fitting control Electrical panel

Providing & Fitting of DP MCCB 32 Amp 10kA

Providing and fitting of Utravoilet attachment of 250 LPH

Providing and fitting of Dial Pressure Gauge of dial size 100mm

Rewinding of single phase (1hp-2hp) Induction Motor

Monthly Service Charges. The job includes one visit of the service personnel who shall completely check the working of the RO system and shall clean the candles/filters, OH tanks etc.
