Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, & n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150/200/300mm (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar

M&L 300mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes,class NP3,laid and jointed complete with coller all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement conc 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded agg as in conc bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore pipes all as specified.(Note- thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes 15 cm and width of bed : Outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm all as specified and as directed.

M&L 200mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes,class NP3,laid and jointed complete with coller all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering with readymix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on face of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement including taking down of existing plaster or on new brick work surface complete all as specified and as directed. Make of ready mix plaster : Birla Aerocon/Ultratech radiplast/ACC acoplast. Note :- Contractor shall be bounded to carryout repair / maint upto G+3 storey building and the rate shall be deemed including scafolding / double scafolding, safety equipments and misc accessories.

Preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of walls/ ceiling and M&L applying two coats on walls with spray machine, of GreenPro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex Suprema Emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6 sqm/ltr over a coat of primer, necessary tools and machinery to give an even shade and applying one coat of water proofing wall putty avg 1-1.5 mm thick suitable for external surafce . Application to be done only by applicator authorised by manufacturer, also shall be approved by GE before starting of work.

Removal of existing loose treatment by scraping with mechanical wall by vacuum based sanding machine (wall sanding machine with internal dust extraction system & having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7 inch/ 9 inches to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paint etc by using smart periodical methodology/auto roller and M&L for two coats spray machine, of GreenPro certified water-based, modified acrylic, exterior Apex Suprema Emulsion or equivalent as per required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives, heat reflectant property, VOC less than 2% by mass, Class A IS-15489 and IS-101 @5-6sqm/ltr over a coat of primer, necessary tools and machinery to give an even shade and applying one coat of waterproofing wall putty avg 1-1.5 mm thick suitable for external surafce . Application to be done only by applicator authorised by manufacturer, also shall be approved by GE before starting of work

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid to slope of 1 in 24 in alternate basis system, without , each bay shall not exceed 3m in length, 12mm wide joint & 50mm deep joint shall be formed between the bays which shall be filled with Mastic filling to full depth comprising a mixture of 1 part of heater hot blow bitumen 85/25 portion and two parts of heated Badarpur sand (by volume) over and including Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 25 cm x 25cm x 25 mm thick set & jointed and pointed in cement slurry to match over 15mm thk screed bed in CM1:6 on plinth , including dismantling of existing concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of drains/channels by completely removing silt, soil, mud, sludge, vegetation growth, stones, muck, debris etc. manually or mechanicaly of any width , depth and removing the collected waste at the end of each working day outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting of sapling/bushes/grass including cutting of trunk n.exc 30cm girth and branches and digging out roots from floor or roofs and walls of up to three storied bldg including plumbing shafts etc and making good the dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces including brooming roof and removing all waste from roof to ouside the MoD land complete all as specified

Declogging/cleaning of hume pipe by completely removing silt, soil , sludge , stone , muck, debries etc manually or mechanicaly from 200 mm bore nexc 450 mm bore and and removing the collected waste at the end of each working day outside MoD land. All T&P will be provided by contractor including water for pressure to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water. Collected waste ,silt, soil , sludge , stone , muck, debries etc shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MOD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair factory made SFRC manhole / drain cover of any size any shape (square/rectangular/circular) 70mm thick with frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete including demolition of exising unserviceable manhole / drain cover all as specified and as directed.

Providing Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate ) as in Drain cover slab etc including necessary form work & demolition of existing unserviceable drain cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, 75mm thick, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete including demolition of existing unserviceable concrete etc.

M&L Providing cement concrete in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, coping, kneeless apex stones , bed plates, kerbs not provided for including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles all as directed, 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) complete including demolition of existing unserviceable concrete etc all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete Type D2, (1:4:8), using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base, foundations, filling and mass concrete including dismantling of existing unserviceable PCC work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including demolition of existing interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F 10mm thick heavy duty parking tiles of any colour, any pattern any desing as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, area of each tile exc 0.04 Sqm but n.exc 0.36 Sqm as in floors/landing/steps/riser/parking/footpath etc and over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding/rendering layer in cement mortar 1:4, including jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface of tiles including dismantling of existing tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed, factory made, Glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx(22-25)mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment with 20 mm thick screed bed are bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes including demolition of existing chequered tiles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-22mm thick over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including 15mm thich screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), rubbing and polishing and including demolition of existing kota stone flooring etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone 20-22mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including 15mm thich cement screed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), rubbing and polishing including demolition of existing kota stone flooring/vertical surfaces etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made precast cement concrete rounded edge kerb stone of size 300mm in ht and 150mm thk, cast in cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 including returning filling in earth work dispanced during removal and refiling of earth up to a level as required and well rammed complete all as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new concrete or plastered surfaces (as in kerb stones etc) over a coat of primer including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil n.exc 50m and making good the surface in any type of soil.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling fencing wire mesh , any type complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section , including taking out embedded in concrete portion and making good disturbed ground , if required complete.

S&F mild steel work such as in fencing post, tie bars etc including embedding into concrete and making holes for screwing of nut, bolts, cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc confirming Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and directed.
