BUILDING PORTION

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, also as stiffners for chainlink fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars, 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia, in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides of soffits (if any) of foundations and plinth beams, and similar work for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc, for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on stone/ PCC block/ brick wall or top of chajja including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS Mandovi area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new wooden surfaces of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100mm X 63 mm size factory made FRP door frame, frame fixed with 3 nos on either side with MS flat iron 25mm x 3mm, cut to size & made to shape & fixed as in hold fast after necessary tarring & sanding and fixed as per manufacturer's instructions; with 2 mm thick FRP lamination, core made of polyurethane foam/ high density (more than 40kg per cubic meter) cellular foam done in situ including provision of second class wooden blocks to hold the fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Size of chowkats shall be inclusive of 2mm thick FRP lamination.

M & L for applying all weather synthetic, ITF certified, surface to existing court in following layers as per manufacturer insutructions complete all as specified and directed: (a) Applying first coat of primer. (b) Applying second coat of resurfacer (c) Applying third coat of resurfacer (d) Applying fourth layer of synthetic paint (e) Applying fifth layer of synthetic paint (f) Line marking as per International standard. Notes: (i) The work shall be carried out through an external specialist agency having suitable experience in carrying out similar works. (ii) Contractor shall submit necesary guarantee/ warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chajjas and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

FENCING

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel post or struts, any section, embedded in concrete/ brick work/ masonry including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.
