Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. ( Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth)

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation, grass, bush wood, trees and sapling of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 mtr above ground level and removal of rubbish and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (all kinds of soil).

Demolishing of brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of EIC. (for brick work in cement mortar)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (For nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soils for any depth including soft rock, weathered rock, disintegrated rock, mud and shush etc. in foundations, trenches, drains, pavements, manholes, wall footings, pipelines, cable trenches, pits etc. including all labours, materials, dressing of sides, levelling, grading, and ramming of bottoms, pumping and bailing out of rain and sub-soil waters, disposal of stacked surplus excavated materials within a lead of 100 mtrs, providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewerage, electrical cables, including shoring and strutting etc. all complete as per direction of Manager-In-Charge.

Filling available excavated earth excluding rock in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth consolidating earth deposited in layers by ramming and watering lead up to 50 mtrs. and lift up to 1.5 mtr all complete as per specification and directions of Manager-in-Charge.

Disposal of surplus earth, dismantled material, debris etc. from construction area to demarcated areas inside the plant boundary limits within a lead of 2 KMs including transportation, loading, unloading and stacking at all depth and heights etc. all complete as per specifications and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Supplying and filling sand of approved quality under floors, in foundations and plinth etc. including cost of sand transportation, for all leads, loading and unloading, spreading in layers at all depths, watering, ramming all complete as per specification and directions of Manager-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand:8 stone aggregate) with 40mm nominal size graded stone aggregate excluding the cost of centering & shuttering, for all work up to plinth level, complete as per the direction of EIC. (Cement free issue)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 aggregate) with 20mm and down size graded stone aggregate as leveling course in foundation under slab, footing etc. including tamping, levelling, curing, shuttering etc. complete for all depths and heights. (Cement free issue)

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete of grade M-20 (excluding cost of steel reinforcement and shuttering) with 20mm and down size approved graded hard stone aggregate in sub structure and super structure for all types of structures such as raft, pavement, columns, lintels, chajja, beams, suspended floors, roof slabs, stair case, walls etc at all heights and depths including compacting, curing, finishing to give a smooth and even surface all complete as per specifications and directions of Manager-in-charge. (Cement free issue)

Providing and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shape, binding with contractors own 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. at any height above from the ground levels, complete as per specifications & directions of Manager-in-charge. (Tor steel free issue)

Providing and fixing form work centering and shuttering with shuttering ply wood, steel scaffolding at all height for all type of RCC work such as plinth beam, column, wall, below & above plinth beam, raft & any mass concreting below plinth beam at any depth etc. including strutting, bracing, propping and keeping the same in position during concreting and removing the same after specified period as per specifications including keeping necessary provision for inserts and providing dowels etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of Manager-In-Charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of weather proof paint APEX ULTIMA of Asian Paints to a smooth and even finish including cleaning and scrapping of surface to be painted with wire brush, after cleaning filling the surface imperfection such as holes, dents, cracks by using mixture of white cement and fine sand (1:3), one coat of Asian paints exterior primer and scaffolding, labour, tools and tackles etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia on wall face unplasticised - Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type-A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS:5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion with single socketed pipes .

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised- PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised- PVC rain water pipes confirming to IS:13592 type-A including jointing with seal ring confirming to IS:5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - Bend 110mm

Providing and fixing unplasticised- PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised- PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs, screwed with MS screws of required length, including cutting brick work & fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete. (110 mm dia)

Supplying, fabricating, erecting in position and testing / examining, bolted & welded structural steel work at all levels including all built up sections / compound sections made out of rolled sections, steel pipes and plates in trusses, purlins, wind ties, wind girders, columns, strengthening columns, structures etc. portals, racks frame works, crane gantries, surge girders, bracing, floors beams, lifting beams, monorails, platforms, staircases (including chequered plates and grating) ladders, stoppers, brackets, side runners, sag rods, supports for equipments & technological accessories and process piping hand railing posts conveyer gantries, trestles towers junction houses etc. including transporting the structural steel from owner storage / issue points to site workshop site of work cutting to required size straghtening if required edge preparation preheating, bolting / welding of joints with ISI marked electrode made of MODI / ESSAB finishing edges by grinding fixing in line and level with temporary staging and removal of the same after erection as specified including preparation of surface for painting, surface cleaning, wire brushing, removal of mill scale, dust, rust, oil or grease and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer after fabrication and return of unused / scrap / unserviceable steel to owner's store etc. all complete. (Steel will be supplied by Nalco as free issue material)

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete as per the direction of EIC.

Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade for new work.

Fixing of Aluminium sheets / Translucent sheets etc. on roof & side walls, up to any pitch and height with polymer coated J/L hooks and necessary nuts, bolts & EPDM washers, stitch bolt complete including cutting of sheets to the required size & shape wherever required. (Aluminium sheet / Translucent sheet, hooks & EPDM washers, stitch bolt etc. will be issued by Nalco as FIM)

Fixing of Aluminium plain sheet at ridge & corner (plain ridge of width 500 - 600mm) on roof top including necessary hooks, nuts, bolts & EPDM washers all complete as per the direction of EIC. (Aluminium plain sheet, hooks & EPDM washers will be issued by Nalco as FIM)

Soling of berms, Pavements etc. with used fire clay bricks after dressing and filling the joints with sand / moorum including loading and unloading of bricks etc. all complete as per the specification and directions of Manager-in-charge. (N.B. Fire bricks to be collected from Nalco issue point)

Providing and laying grouting compound Sika grout 214 or equivalent (free flow non shrink and compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in one day etc. compete as per manufacturers specifications and as per direction of Manager-in-charge.
