Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones of consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum/crushed sand, watering, consolidating & finishing to required levels etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Rubble stone supplied by the contractor

Providing and laying Design Mix Reinforced cement concrete by Weigh batching of following grades using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including mechanical mixing and vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete at all floors and heights/levels as per specified and also including dewatering if any, but excluding cost of formwork, shuttering & steel reinforcement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926(latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC / PCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. Note:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Reinforcement with TMT bars of Fe500D grade reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour and welding of new reinforcement bars with existing reinforcement bars wherever required etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 15 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min) factory made interlocking paver blocks (grade of cement concrete M- 30) of approved colour, shade, size, shape of glossy / matt finish including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base, properly vibrating with the surface vibrater, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 kerb stones of size 125 mm wide and 375/250 mm deep curved at inner edge of 25 mm radius including necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) , jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:4:8 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

125mm wide 375mm deep

Providing, centering, shuttering form work using PVC film faced plywood to get neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, propping, staging, supports etc and de-shuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level, curing, scaffolding,etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In foundation & plinth, drain walls, chambers etc.

b) In super structure at all floors and levels.

Half brick masonry using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality using ready mix cement mortar 1:4 at all floors and levels including RCC 1:2:4,115mm wide & 80mm thick stiffeners at every one metre height with 2Nos. of 8 mm dia TMT bars including form work, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In partition walls with stiffeners.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar of approved make minimum composition of C:S is 1:4 suitable for internal plastering to wall and ceiling finished smooth over brick walls or concrete surfaces including acrylic based membrane curing of M/s Anuvi chemicals/Fosroc/Dr.fixit at all floors and levels, including scaffolding, removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris with in colony etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

i) 12 mm thick

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality ceramic tiles of minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/S. H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd. or equivalent approved make of approved colors, shade and texture in flooring / dado / skirting as per approved pattern. including cost of all materials, including of cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc. and including removing existing flooring / dado and disposing of debris complete all as per specifications, relevant IS code & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In flooring with tiles of size 300 x 300 Anti skid tiles of approved make ( approx size ) similar to white / ivory / other approved colour quartze series of M/s H& R Johnson or equivalent approved make with 20 mm thick 1:4 ready mix Cement mortar bedding. etc. complete. All as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

b)In dado / Skirting with tiles of 300X600mm ( digital collection of Approved Make) upto 2500 mm ( approx height/ a full ceiling height ) fixed over 12 mm thick using 1:4 ready mix cement mortar backing/fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based adhesive (Type-II) manufactured by roffe construction or M/S Bal Endura chemicals or other approved equivalent, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/dado etc. complete. All as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing / replacement of existing in position at all floors, levels/ heights 18mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length/ height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut/ hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with ready mix cement mortar 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, providing 75mm long SS screw minimum @600mm c/c including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc. and depositing the same at dept. store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note : 1)Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring. 2) Window jamb, cill & lintel bottom with granite / green marble shall be mitred / partly mitred joint as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 3)Exposed inside vertical finished face of window below platform shall be measured for payment in sqm. 4) All finished natural stones except for floorings shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface, spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 4)Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window jamb & bottom of lintel in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished jet black granite stone stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship, including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

18 mm thick granite stone of approved shade, colour with leather /lapato finish for flooring / staircase tread with stone slabs including edging, full half round moulding, machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish, making 3 rows of 5 mm X 5mm grooves by machine and including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding.

18 mm thick granite stone of approved colour and shade and surface finish for counter/dado/ skirting/cladding/staircase riser with stone slabs of various size in pattern including 12 mm thick 1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding for fixing etc., complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Oil bound distemper of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper / white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer over putty work , apply two coats of Oil bound distemper paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris within colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engi`neer-in-Charge.

Painting old wood/steel work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, through scrapping of MS work, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding & cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

a) On wooden surfaces with two finishing coat over a coat of wood primer.

b) On steel surfaces with two finishing coats over a coat of steel primer.

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.

a) Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris inside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:1.The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. Incase of any damage the same shall be made good with 22g chickenwire mesh at his own cost . No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster if any will be made. Contractor must visit site and acquiant himself with the condition of building.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc, of approved manufactures for following types with extruded sections of Jindal / Hindal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and wights as directed for frames and shutters (including wastages if any) confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to dept store etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing & fixing ordinary plain / frosted / Bajara sheet glass/ for MS openable/louvers or aluminium sliding windows , glass doors, vision panels etc of approved make of following thickness in various sizes as required at site, using first class glass oil putty of approved quality and make including supplying & fixing glazing pins, teak wood or aluminium beading, EPDM gasket etc with necessary screws, nails etc (as required). at all floors & locations including cutting the glass to required size, removing the existing broken / damaged glass panes from windows / doors / partitions etc. along with its old oil putty/gasket /beading etc. carefully and disposing off the un-serviceable material with in colony including wastage in cutting, transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate and including providing a vision panel opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening of vision panel with ss screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC. Note:- 1) The entire door shall be jointless shutter. 2) The sizes shall be approximately 650 mm x 2000mm, however exact dimensions shall be measured at site before manufacturing.

Providing and fixing second class teak wood in frames of required sections for doors, windows, ventilators, clear storey window, partition, railing, battens & rafters etc. wrought framed and fixed in position including providing and fixing M.S. hold fasts of size 200 x 30 x 3 mm embedded in concrete block of P.C.C. 1:2:4 and fixing frame in position, labour for removal of door shutter carefully and refixing the same including applying one coat of approved wood primer & two coats of synthetic enamel paint to the exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames and transporting to Deptt. Stores and making the adjacent plaster good to match with existing surfaces, etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in position the 30/40 mm thick solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial ply on both side conforming to IS with external type teak wood lipping of section 30 x 20 mm/40 x 20 mm alround, fixing shutters in position to pressed steel door frames/wooden frames at all floors by cutting / planning if necessary, including supplying & fixing heavy duty MS oxidised hinges including cost of fixing the fittings, painting the shutters all over with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & colour over one coat of approved primer etc. including removing the old damaged shutter and transporting to Deptt. stores all as per specifications, & as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Structural steel work at all floors, levels and locations in grills, guard bars for windows, frames, Fence, pit/ trench covers, cover bracket for slanting chajja, trap door, railing, balcony hand railing, hoisting hooks, smoke vents etc. using angles, channels, I-Section, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, plain plates, hollow section, bright bars etc. of required sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete/ brickwork/blockwork/ marble/ granite stone with necessary hold fasts/ stainless steel screws & rawl plugs by drilling etc. and finishing the concrete/ brick work/ blockwork after fixing/ embedding including painting two coats of anti corrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved zinc chromate primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Using structural steel sections of specified grade (YSt 240 / 310)

Providing and fixing 0.5 mm (minimum) thickness GI CRCA sheet pre coated with high durable polyetser painted, at all floors, levels & locations, manufactured by approved manufacturer, the base metal shall be CRCA steel as per IS:513, having minimum yield strength of 240 MPa and minimum UTS of 280 MPa galvanized to 120 gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per IS : 277, conforming to AS:35366 class 3 of Rustshield/ Corroshield, having approved colour, shade and profile, fixing the sheet using SS self tapping screws of suitable length @ 450 mm C/C (both ways as per availability of member) with drill machine including heavy quality bituminious / EPDM / neoprene washer, over structural steel members frame work over terrace including providing & fixing necessary ridges, gabels, valleys, gutters sections and including wastage, overlapps as per manufacturer's specifications, cutting, labour, scaffolding, machines, lifting, fixing etc complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC. The total thickness of sheet, inclusive of all chemical treatment, primer and finished coats shall not be less than 0.50 mm. Mode of measurement: Actual area of roof coverings including ridges, eaves, gutter etc. after fixing shall be measured for payment. Corrugation, overlaps shall not be measured for payment. Note: Mode of measurement: Top plan width x Length of sheet after fixing shall be measured for payment. Corrugation, overlaps shall not be measured.

Supplying, fabricating, and installing a restroom signage board of size 150 mm x 300 mm. The board shall be made from a 2 mm thick Stainless Steel sheet of Grade 304, with a satin matte finish (No. 4 finish). The edges of the board are to be machine-cut, smoothed, and beveled including lettering as per approved design/drawing, and fixing with stainless steel screws/anchor fasteners, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. SPECIFICATION: The steel sheets conforming to M/s. Safintra sheets or other approved equivalent make in SR 25 Module, shall have pre/ treatment by Dip process, using pre-activation, zinc phosphate dip and final chrome rinse (trivalent chrome) on both surfaces, each of average DFT 5 microns, followed by a finish coat of specially formulated polyester paint in METASHIELD TM EPG TM of average DFT 20 microns, on the exposed surface and same specially formulated in METASHIELD ® approved shade to and average DFT 5 micron. The total coated thickness of metal inclusive of galvanization, chemical treatment, primer and finished coats shall not be less than 0.50mm. Note: 1)Test of materials shall be carried out for raw sheets as well as manfactured sheets, as per relevant I.S codes before acceptance and bulk supply.2) Contractor shall arrange predispatch inspection of material before bulk procurement at factory.3) All tests of material shall be done to every 3500 Sqm. Material lot shall be rejected if tests results fail.4) The sheet shall be fixed in a best workman like manner in line and level.

Providing & fixingTerracota Jalli of size 200 x 200 / 250 x 175 , 75mm thick fixing with required pins and fixing with cement mortar, cement paste etc. complete all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium grill 10mm thick DECO GRILLE make model no DG202 (Red colour) in approved colour anodising of Min 15 micron with a opening size of 60mm X 45mm and minimum weight of 4.282 kg/Sqm including providing and fixing suitable F & H frame section outer frame and mullion fixing with screw, double tubular necessary scaffolding complete. all as per specification and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge (Aluminium alloy shall be of 6063-T6 with yield strength of 6.5Kg/Sqm)

Providing & laying / damaged portion replacement with machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/ granite stone/ marble stone as mentioned followings for kitchen platform vertical support/ shelves/ window cill etc. and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc. as required including removing and refixing of existing aluminium alsing window along with MS grill, cutting of stone slabs, wastage, making cut outs wherever required, providing 75mm long SS screw minimum @600mm c/c etc. all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Supplying 18 mm thick of Telephone black colour, bothside polished, rounded corner, edges moulded, Granite Partition plate of following size, fixing the partition in position, embedding 75 mm deep into the wall with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, including cutting chases of size 75 mm X 100 mm in the wall, finishing the joints with white cement etc. all complete as directed. Note:-Exposed finished size only will be measured for payment.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other equivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Distribution Boards Supply, installation ,testing & commissioning of readymade double door 6 way SPN DB having IP54 protection similar to model No.:5076 41 of M/s Legrand make complete with wiring kit, nuetral link, earth link etc., ready made cable end box of same make including providing following components as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. i) 6-25A RCBO, 2P, 6kA, 30mA sensitivity,2 module - 1 no. ii) 6 A, 10kA breaking capacity ,C-curve, SP, MCB - 2 nos. iii) Providing Danger board, MCB blanks, Schematic Diagram, Ferule numbers, etc. iv) 2nos 4 sq.mm & 1nos 2.5sq.mm 1100V flexible Cu conductor PVC insulated flexible wires in PVC conduit between DB & meter box. Scope of work include supply & installation of readymade weather proof HOT PRESS MOULDED SМС SINGLE PHASE МЕТER BOX with SMC Base & Door, Hinge, Viewing Glass, Earth Bolt, Plugged, etc. on surface of wall/beam / column near DB with required hardware.

Earth Station: Providing earth station with heavy dipped GI earth plates electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm in size at the depth minimum of 2.5 m below ground level (bottom of Plate) confirming to IS 3043 complete with all required materials like coke / charcoal, salt, G.I nut bolts, washers, 19 mm dia GI pipe (B class), 150 mm thick concrete wall chamber duly plastered having size of 500 x 500 x 500 mm, heavy duty (minimum 6 mm thick) M.S chequered plate cover, associated materials like 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame work, hinged locking arrangements, complete with funnels, GI test links (50 x 6 mm), two runs of 25 x 6mm G.I strips for connecting G.I plate & test link etc. including excavation of ground in all types of soils, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 m etc. all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. The chamber cover & frame shall be got approved by Department & painted with two coats of red oxide & one coat of enamel paint. 2. Painting of earth value & test date on cover plate. 3. Earthing strips shall be welded with the earthling plate before galvanizing & two holes on each strip & plate shall be made for fixing the screws.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of hot dipped following GI strip fixed to wall / slab / column / beam with heavy duty GI spacer saddle or in ground at a depth of 750 mm below ground level including excavation in all type of soil , interconnection of earth strip / wire GI nut bolts & washers, painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground and green colour enamel painting strip on surface etc. all as required & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge
