NOTES: (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) is used/approved as per the mix design in the execution of work under this item and minus DO will be placed in case of approval of binder content less than 5.00%. (b) Thickness of DBM shall be provided as required for grade correction as directed by GE. (c) Thickness of each layer to be laid shall be got approved by before execution. (d) 50% extra over minimum thickness of DBM has been considered for changes in Grade Correction layer in grade mapping survey. (e) Thickness for execution of DBM shall be considered after grade mapping survey.
M & L for Premix DAC 50mm thick (consolidated thickness) with grading II of IRC with min Marshal Stability of 1400kg laid in 3 layers (Total thickness 150mm) using PMB 76 (E-22) (Elastomeric Thermoplastic) min 6.1 % binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 15 tonne capacity complete all as specified and all as directed. S&F Supply and fixing visibilities DTGM (two aspect display / sign board). Each comprising and inclusive of the following work :- (a) DTGM board made out of 4 mm thick black engineering plastics, having monolithic structure to withstand temperature variation from extreme cold environment to sheltering hot condition each side having of size 1.20 m x 1.50 m (b) main frame shall be made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm duly painted with anti-corrosive paint of superior quality. (c) Frame (iron) shall be pitched into metal conduit of appropriate size / dia (as per manufacturer's instruction), 600 mm long, embedded in PCC block (type B-1) of size 150 x 150 x 750 mm including necessary excavation and earth in any tupe of soil. (d) The DTGM board sheets should be designed with eight equal spaces holes of 100 mm dia to reduce resistance to wind, ensuring that the board withstands fatal windforce. (e) Wooden bracing of size 50 mm x 15 mm thick shall be of 1st class HW duly painted with 2 coat of enamel paint. NOTES: (i) Structure specially reinforced with antimony Trioxide and Methlamine acrylat to withstand high velocity wind. (ii) Sketches showing front and rear view of DTGM board & letter
S&F Supply and fixing glow sign board / display of various sizes as per drawing CEAF/AR/539/2016 sheet no 1/31 to 31/31 including necessary fixing frame (Iron) shall be pitched into metal conduct of appropriate size / dia (as per manufacturer's instruction), embedded in PCC block (type B-1) of size 150 x 150 x 750 mm including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
