REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT AND SUNKEN TREATMENT IN OFFRS MD ACCN (MAP-I AND KHETRAPAL ENCLAVE) AND OTHER BUILDINGS IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (A) SURATGARH AT SURATGARH MIL STN

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in roof slab , beams, chhajas and similar suspended work reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description including sunken portion and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge..

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in girders etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for raking out joints/pointing to brick work or stone patti ceiling laid flat and filling with flush pointing complete in 1:3 CM complete including WPC compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,n exc 500 ltrs cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and including fixing of 20 mm PTMT float valve , ball and rod complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Any GI fitting or pipe required under taking down and reflexing same deemed to be included in quoted rates required to fix tank in position nothing extra shall be paid on this account complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) (12.5mm Nominal size coarse aggregate) as in to provide levelling course of varying thickness as required at site.

M&L for Cutting chases, pining in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edge of landings, steps, cills, sunshade, shelves, lintel etc. tubes or concealed conduit etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for fly ash brick work with old size brick on curved or plan exc 6m mean radius brick walls built in CM 1:6 including demoilition of existing brick work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Demolition of brick work deemed to be include in quoted rates nothing will be paid extra on this account.
