Design, Fabrication, Supply & erection of Siemens/ABB/KBL/BBL/Hindustan/Marathon Electric /Crompton Greaves make 180kW, 4pole, 415V±10% AC, 50Hz ±5%, 3 Phase, S1 duty, IE3 Squirrel cage Induction Motor suitable for VFD Application, 315L Frame size, (DE Shaft diameter - 100 mm. & DE External shaft length - 200mm.) as per IS 12615:2011, coupled for Reciprocating type Air Compressor (880 SCFM) application as per the Non-standard features given in Annexure-3 of this specification.

Design and Supply of Crompton Greaves, Schneider, Danfoss, Amtech, ABB, Siemens, VACON, Yashkava, make 220 kW Variable frequency Drive (Heavy Duty) unit as per IEC as a SPARE VFD for 180Kw,3phase, 415V AC Squirrel cage Induction Motor coupled 880 SCFM Reciprocating type Air compressor.

Design, Fabrication, Supply & erection of Pulley made of Carbon steel having Outer diameter 355 mm, Inner diameter of 90.0 mm suitable to shaft diameter of 315 L Frame size Motor, Hub length of 172 mm, 6 Nos. V-grooves, suitable Keys with through bore and key way as per the features given in Annexure no - 4 of this specification.

Design, Fabrication, Supply & erection of Suitable base frame rail for 315L Frame Motor with adjustable locking system and accessories for the adjustment of belt tension of Pulley Belt Coupling as per the specification in Annexure-5. (Existing 315M Frame size Motor Base frame dimension is 1150 mm x 600 mm).

Supply of Suitable Rating of Semi-conductor Power Fuses above 400A as a SPARE for 220 kW VFD control Panel.

Supply of Armoured 37C X 1.5 Sqmm., 60 meters, FRLS Insulated, Low Voltage Control cables, with Packing, Insurance & Transporatation for 180kW Motors, 220kW VFD Control Panels, PLC Panel & Local control panel as per tender specification

Base Frame fabrication and supply for 2 Nos. of 220kW VFD Control panels of dimensions (1200mm x 800mm x 5 mm thick) for erection of VFD Control panel.

Supply of Heavy duty Industrial Cupboards of Godrej make & made up of Steel Sheet (15SWG /1.8 mm thickness) & dimensions [66”(Height) x 33”(Width) x 12”(Depth)] for keeping Spares of various Systems.

Supply of Suitable size of Cable Glands(3") for Armoured, 3.5Core X 185Sqmm. Low Voltage Power Cables having Copper conductors, XLPE Insulation with Packing, Insurance & Transportation upto KARP, BARCF Kalpakkam

Supply of suitable size of Copper Lugs(185 sqmm), for Armoured, 3.5Core X 185Sqmm. Low Voltage Power Cables having Copper conductors, XLPE Insulation with Packing, Insurance & Transportation up to KARP, BARCF Kalpakkam.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of 220kW VFD with VFD control panel and 180kW motor coupled to reciprocating Air Compressor as a complete package at User’s site KARP, Kalpakkam-603102, TN- including engineering, erection, documentation and programming.

Removal of 2 nos. of old 225 HP RRC Starter control panels with disconnection , removal of 3 Core, 300 sqmm Armoured Aluminium cables , panels components & 225 HP Slip-Ring type 3 phase Induction Motors and shifting from KARP 504 Building to stores area( around 300 meters distance)
