Improvement to approach road form Khairapati to Dam of Mohanguru MIP in Nayagarh Block of Nayagarh district under CAPEX Road grant for the year 2025-26.

Clearing grass and removal of debries / rubbish & disposing it up to a distance of 50 metres outside the perifery of the area based on premeasurement with all laour T & P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, compacted at OMC to achieve minimum dry density conforming to Table 300-2 with cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Filling in foundaiton and plinth with clean coarse sand, including watering and ramming etc.complete including cost, conveyance ,royalty and all other taxes of all materials with supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Supplying approved quality of coarse sand and laterite moorum for road work, conveying to the work site admixing the both in 40(sand) : 60(moorum) proportion and laying the admixture in sub base in layers not exceeding 100mm in thickness, watering and compacting to the required density with P.R.R. including hire and running etc. complte as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-II (63mm to 45 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-III (53mm to 22.4 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared granular surface, spreading @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision). etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge..

Providing and laying 20 mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips with 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, tar boiler and other T&P articles including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc. (With H.M.plant) complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge..

Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated Seal Coat Type - B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixture, tar boiler etc including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc.(With H.M.plant) complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge..

Binding Road surface with sand 6mm thick including cost carriage Royalties and all taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, conveying and stacking at work site good quality moorum from approved quarry and spreading on the metaling surface not exceeding 10mm, watering and compaction with PRR and all leads, lifts and delifts laying in layers including cost, carriage & royalty of moorum and all labour charges etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete M-15 grade with 20mm and downgraded hard broken chips(crusher broken) of approved quality, quarried and free from weathered skins including hoisting, laying concrete in position to proper slopes and level, compacting and ramming in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing beads or grooves where necessary with watering and making arrangement for carriage of water, curing for required time, shuttering if required including all cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in Charge

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia A.C. PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV-20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Straightening, cutting, bending, binding, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement and laying in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost ,conveyance & all taxes of reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
