Supply of 3 1/2x 240sqmm armoured aluminium U.G cable - 1.1 KV grade. Make : Finolex/Polycab.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation , sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc.as required - above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required - above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm (clamped with 40 x3mm MS flat clamp).

Supply of cable gland for 31/2x 240sqmm LT UG cable.

Construction of a RCC 1:1.5:3 plat form of size 1.20mx1.80mx1.70m for erecting the transformer. The rate includes the cost of earth work excavation for platform of size 1.20m x1.80mx1.20m river sand filling to the platform of size1.20mx1.80mx 0.15m, CC 1:5:10 for platform of size1.20mx 1.80mx 0.15m, RCC 1:1.5:3 of size 1.20mx 1.80m x 2.60m with required reinforcement & centering and shuttering plastering with cm 1:5,12mm thick and colour washing the plastering surface and laying of gravel around the platform of maximum size 18:00mx 5.00mx 0.45m above Ground level as directed by the Engineer – in – charge.

Construction of a CC 1:2:4 platform of size 1.00x0.50x0.50m for erecting the metering panel board for transformer. The rate includes the cost of earthwork excavation of size 1.00mx0.50mx1.00m, river sand filling to the platform of size 1.00mx 0.50mx0.15m CC 1:2:4 platform of size 1.00mx0.50mx 1.35m with necessary centering and shuttering, plastering the exposed surface with cm1:5, 12mm and colour washing the plastered area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing safety equipments - Rubber mats as per IS 15652 - 2006 - ISI marked specifications (2mm thickness) Size 1m x 2m (Colour - Black) (For all the panels).

Providing safety equipments - 11KV Hand Glouse (ISI) Tested).

Supply and fixing of Danger Board 440 volts.

First Aid Box treatment chart with 8mm thickness MDF Photo lamination - multi colour Size 18" x 24" both local languages in English & Tamil (to be fixed in the power room).

First Aid Box - Metal Medium - Ms wall mountable powder coated box with 5 compartment fitted with Acrylic door and carrying handle filled with medicines - size: 11" x 12" x 6" (to be fixed in the power room).

Stand to hold 4 nos. of fire bucket made of MS angle 32mm x 32mm x 3mm size height 34" x length 44" painted in red colour (with 4 nos. of round bottom fire bucket made of 22 gauge galvanized sheet of 9 lits capacity painted with white colour inside and fire red colour outside mentioning FIRE in black letters and one handle at the top and another in the side) with necessary bricking work for fixing of stand.

Supply and fixing of 4.5 KG Co2 fire extinguisher.

Central Electricity Authority Inspection and approval for the HT Installation, preparation of relevent document, obtaining approval for energisation.

Supply of Stone aggregate (Single size) : 40 mm nominal size

Supply and MS fabrication of 160 KVAR APFC Panel. Incomer: 400AP MCCB with release, indication lamps, ASS, AM, VSS, VM, required CT, PT etc..,-1no including harmonic filter Busbar -400A, TPN, 3phase, 4 wire CU-BUS PH: 50 x 6MM CU, NU: 50 x 3MM CU ; Outgoing: 160A SFU required accessories-2nos (1 #50KVAR & 1 # Vaccant compartment) 63 A SFU required accessories-3nos (2 #50KVAR & 1 # Vacant compartment) 32A SFU required accessories - 6nos.
