A-Electrical Works for Installation of 24 Nos lifts at 12 nos stations under
Supply, laying, connection, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, PVC Inner sheathed, Armoured stranded aluminum conductor cable size 120 mm.sq. 4 core having Galvanized steel Strip, Extruded PVC Type ST2 Sheathed, 650/1100V Grade As Per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988. Cable laying by excavation of earth depth 0.75 Mtrs. into breadth 0.508 Mtrs. 001 below the ground level and a layer of course sand of 7.5 CM thickness shall be spread over the ground before laying the cable and the cable shall be covered with a layer of course sand of 7.5 CM thickness. The bottom of cable trench shall be leveled and got rid of any sharp material. Above the Layer of Course Sand 3 inch Size Brick is to be provided for protection of cable. Cable route markers to be provided at an interval not less than 50 Mtrs. All conditions to be fulfilled as per DRG No : PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2 Dtd 04.10.2024

Supply, fitting, fixing, testing and commissioning of of Indoor Type LT panel board. The panel shall be metal-enclosed, free-standing compartmentalized, modular type suitable for Indoor installation. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof and the enclosure shall provide a degree of protection of not less than IP-52. Control panel shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG cold rolled steel plates & properly supported using angles & channels. The whole panel shall be mounted on a base frame made out of suitable structural, preferably ISMC Channels. Joints of any kind in sheet shall be seam welded, all welding slag grounded off and welding pitwiped smooth with plumber metal. All panels and covers shall be properly fitted and square with the frames and holes in the panel correctly positioned. The Panel shall be fully compartmentalised with front and back 003 opening doors.. When compartment door is opened, busbar and cable alley shall be shrouded by barrier plates. All panels shall be provided with suitable cable alley and vertical bus bar alley.Each cable chamber shall have cable entry from bottom and suitable removable gland plates shall be provided for this purpose. The cable chamber shall be provided with suitable supporting arrangement between the gland plate and terminals, in the middle. The cable chamber shall have a minimum width of 300 mm depending upon the outgoing cables. Each chamber shall be provided with a hinged type door opening away from the cable alley and shall be provided with black flowertype thumb screw which shall ensure tight closing. The edges of the door shall be provided with a neoprene rubber gasket to make the compartment dust proof.The panel shall consists of the following Switchgears: ( BUS BAR=400 Amps TPN Aluminium) (i)MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps, 25KA BC Ics=100%Icu , Thermal Magnetic OL & SC Protection=1 NO (ii) MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps, 25KA BCIcs=100%Icu , Thermal Magnetic OL & SC Protection- 2 Nos (iii) MCB 4 Pole 63 Amps, 10KA BCIcs=100%Icu , Thermal Magnetic OL & SC Protection- 1 Nos (iv) MCB 32 Amps DP 10KA BC Ics=100%Icu , Thermal Magnetic OL & SC Protection-1 Nos with LED three phase indication lamp RYB for incoming mains. Supply, laying, fixing and clamping of 50 mm dia light gauge Galvanized Iron (GI) 004 pipe conforming to relevant IS specifications, for protection of cables, including cutting, threading, bending to required radius, providing necessary sockets, bends, couplers, saddles, clamps, spacer bars, fish wire and all accessories, fixing on wall/ceiling/trench/pole/structure with suitable MS clamps and fasteners, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
