Civil Works Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre getting out soft/ disintegrated rock, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel rolled joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates, cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated etc, conforming to Fe 410-W Grade, E-250 quality - A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410-W (GradeE- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick as per approved profile of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ on Chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.) quality A complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, manholes etc., not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made out of plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring, finished even and fair etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars and like including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soft/ disintegrated rock not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick for soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M Works Material and labour for point wiring for complete with PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sqmm (nominal area), drawn through and including suitable dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) and accessories concealed on wall/ roof including suitable size of Modular type matel sunken terminal boxes flush to wall and modular cover plate and provision of PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:- Note: (i) Cost of making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) Cost of cutting chases is deemed to be included in the quoted rate

(a) One light/ fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5/6 Amp.

All as per Item No 24.00 described here-in-before but with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm, 1100V grade for 6 pin 6/16Amps switch socket on independent board with PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm using as earth continuity wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in modular switch 1 way 16A, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in modular socket 6A/16A - 2/3 pin combined, 2 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED tube light fitting 1 x 20 W, 230V wall mounted integrated PVC batten, 4 ft. LED module shall confirm to IS 16103 and shall bear BIS certification marking complete with all accessories internally pre- wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling rose, surface type Bakelite, three terminal 65x50mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for MCB distribution board, double door CRCA steel sheet enclosure powder coated, SPN 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in SPN 32 AMP rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity of in the MCB DB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 35 Watt, 230 V, AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in SP 10 AMP rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity of in the MCB DB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE Insulated, Screened, PVC Bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, Electric Power Cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade, of size 4 core x 10 sqmm core laid in trenches/ through GI Pipe/ fixed along with pole structure etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary earthwork, cable protection items shall be measured & paid separately.
