Taking down unserviceable S&F fire hydrant stand post end flanged 1.5 mtr height with one end bend to 90 degree suitable for double fire hydrant valves including 1 No. CI duck foot bend 80 mm double end flanged and 1 No 80 mm 63mm reducer and 1 No 80 mm dia CI butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of fire hydrant stand post end flanged 1.5 mtr height with one end bend to 90 degree suitable for double fire hydrant valves including 1 No. CI duck foot bend 80 mm double end flanged and 1 No 80 mm 63mm reducer and 1 No 80 mm dia CI butterfly valve complete after removing all dust, dirt etc and clean the surface thoroughly with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including writing the complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable and S&F in replacement weather proof cabinet of size 900x600x450mm made out of MS sheet 16 gauge having central opening and 4mm thick glass doors (2 Nos) suitably marked on the outside with Letters 'FIRE HOSE' cabinet with necessary locking arrangement including all fasterns etc and shutter shall be powder coated with signal red colour, shutter with frame fabricated all as specified and directed. The hose cabinet will be fixed PCC Platform near the Fire Hydrant and cost of PCC platform and fixing is deemed to be included in quoted cost.

Repair/overhauling of Diesel Driven Pump of Capacity 62-73 BHP installated at Tech Area and M&L for Periodical Maintenance and servicing of 62 BHP Diesel engine, battery with electrolite solution, terminals posts, repair of wiring in control panel using copper wire complete and and replacing contactor, timer, MCCB, indicator lamp keeping Diesel engine set fully operationable condition all as directed. (a) Dismantling and removing nuts & bolts electric connections, water connections for the following repairs/overhauling :- (i) Dismantling/opening of complete cylindr head assembly rocker arms assembly piston head assembly sleeves by removing nuts & bolts for repairs complete. (ii) Servicing Washing of complete engine parts with kerosene oil. (iii) Reassembling of complete engine by tightening of nuts and bolts with replacement of the following engine part given in Ser Item No. 70. and testing on full load for 8 hours :- Diesel Engine of Capacity 62-73 BHP (In Tech Area). Note: (i) The quoted rates shall deem to include cost of sufficent/ required man power employed for the maintanance purpose, T&P used and other petty items such as cotton waste, kerosene oil, nuts, bolts and washerss etc complete including labour cost for fixing spares etc. (ii) During maintanance, any spares required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items here under. Fixing charges of same are deemed to be included in quoted rate for maintenance of Diesel engine. If spares are not included here under, then department will provide the same free of cost for fixing. (iii) The contractor shall be liable to provide adequate number of mechanics if required during the maintenance/break down without any extra cost to government for smooth functioning of Diesel Engine. Repair/overhauling of Diesel Driven Pump of Capacity 43-52 BHP installated at Tech Area and M&L for Periodical Maintenance and servicing of 62 BHP Diesel engine, battery with electrolite solution, terminals posts, repair of wiring in control panel using copper wire complete and replacing contactor, timer, MCCB, indicator lamp keeping Diesel engine set fully operationable condition all as directed. (a) Dismantling and removing nuts and bolts electric connections, water connections for the following repairs/overhauling :- (i) Dismantling/opening of complete cylindr head assembly rocker arms assembly piston head assembly sleeves by removing nuts & bolts for repairs complete. (ii) Servicing washing of complete engine parts with kerosene oil. (iii) Re-assembling of complete engine by tightening of nuts and bolts with replacement of the following engine part given at Ser No. 72 and testing on full load for 8 hours :- Diesel Engine of Capacity 43-52 BHP (at Tech Area) Note : (i) The quoted rates shall deem to include cost of sufficent/ required man power employed for the maintanance purpose, T&P used and other petty items such as cotton waste, kerosene oil, nuts, bolts and washerss etc complete including labour cost for fixing spares etc. (ii) During maintanance, any spares required to be replaced shall be paid under respective items hereunder. Fixing charges of same are deemed to be included in quoted rate for maintenance of Diesel engine. If spares are not included here under, then department will provide the same free of cost for fixing. (iii) The contractor shall be liable to provide adequate number of mechanics if required during the maintenance/break down without any extra cost to government for smooth functioning of Diesel engine. Supply and replacing Lub oil pressure guage 0 to 10 kg / sq cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing Water outlet and inlet hose pipe from radiator to Engine and back from Engine to radiator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable and S&F siren electric motor operated 35 KM range continious normal operation for at least 50 minut with sound level 65 db fixed on building roof all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old painted surface of 35 to 60 HP Centrifugal Pump and motor by scratching /rubbing down the old paint by wire brush or emery paper and applying two coat of synthetic enamelecd paint etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for prepration of old painted surface of 10 to 20 HP Centrifugal Pump and motor by scratching /rubbing down the old paint by wire brush or emery paper and applying two coat of synthetic enamelecd paint etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for prepration of old painted surface of MS class C pipe of 150 mm dia by scratching /rubbing down the old paint by wire brush or emery paper and applying two coat of RED synthetic enamelecd paint and one coat of red oxide on surface of pipe up 20 mtr of length etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill pump set bearing Grease/Lubicant oil suitbale for existing pump in various motor/pump.

Taking out unserviceable battery cell and S&F New battery cell 12 V 7 AH , Charging voltage ; Stand by 13.5 V Cyclic : 14.7V. Make Amaron/Exide.

M&L for opening air blower set twin lobe type of capacity 140 m3/hr with head of 0.65 mmwc make kirloskar rpm 1367 , blower & motor coupling after isolating the electric and earth lead connections opening the pump set for repair/overhauling & proper alignment of shaft etc including replacing the items with new items given below, reassemblying the pumpset greasing connecting, testing and commissioning complete including necessary Lath works all as specified at Filter plant at AF Stn Bhisiana. Note : Major Spares Parts will be measured & paid seperatly as supply only items.

Taking down electric motor 5 kw 415 volt 3 phase coupled to compressor/ air blower after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections from its foundation and transportation to work shop, checking the serviceability of ball bearing gboth side of motor, greasing of bearing up to free rotation of shaft of motor complete, greasing on reassemblying the motor to reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections etc complete in all respect and starting the pump all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable and S&F NRV Tikki (Leather JEEP) suitable for 150mm bore NRV minimum thickness of rubber/leather 08 mm thickness all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable and S&F cooling fan blade for motor fan plastic body capacity upto 40 HP, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note No. 01: The contractor should attend the complaint and rectify the defect within 02 days (Maximum) receiving the complaints by phone call, letter or by Message by rep of GE/User failing to rectify the defect/replaceing the itemes given in relevant shedule, the penality will be recovered to Rs. @ 700 per day per complaint of above all CA items from the RAR/Final bill.

Note No. 02 : The cost shall be included for Pump mechanic and Electrician for attending daily complaint. The Contractor shall arrange 01 Pump mechanic and 01 Electrician with required Tool & Equipments for attending of complaint day to day on daily basis. They will be report to AGE E/M office on every day at 0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs. If they absent on attending of complaint a recovey will be panalised @ Rs. 1,000/- per day and recovey will be made on RAR/Final bills.

Note No. 03 : All above mentioned items will be executed in different location/ pump house/ E/M installation / Fire Hydrant/ Technical area will be executed on daily complaint basis in different location / bldg or as directed by Engr-In-Charge. The contractor could not ask at few site for execution of all CA quantities. He will be bound to attend complaint as per user requirement or directed by Enge-In-Charge.

Note No. 04 : The cost shall be included checking/serviceability and finding the fault such as checking the supply of electricity, finding fault in cable, starter, diesel engine, pump, motor , all type of panel , hooter, smoke detector, sensor, all type of valve, fire hydrant unit, Hose box, etc in all CA Items/ quantity nothing will be paid to extra or sepearate .
