Execution of work

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : area 3 sq. metres and below

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm etc complete in all respect.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) etc complete.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) in foundation including ramming compacting and curing etc complete.

Half brick masonry in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level for making almirah/cupboard for keeping old files etc complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm thick cement plaster on internal surface on brick walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including racking of joint, curing etc complete fine finish.

Providing and fixing vitrified floor tiles in different size with water absorption less than 0.08% of approved make in all colour and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand ) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite stone slab for platforms, door gems,vanity counters, wash basin counter,window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying :- (a) First layer of cement @0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg per sqm. This layer will be allowed for air curve for 4 hours. (b)Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed for air curve for 4 hours followed with water curing for 4 hours. Including all preparation of surface treatment and sealing all joints, cornice, junction of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry. Including all the labour, supply of material and T&P. required for proper completion of work at the site.

Provision for removal of broken/damaged/hanging false ceiling and stacking at proper place etc complete.
