BUILDING WORK :

Design and construction of plant room buildings (03 Nos) having plinth area of 30.36sqm and 3.65m internal clear height each in single storey with permanent specification in RCC framed structure with fly ash brick masonry including ATT, WPT by APP membrane, kota stone flooring, etc., (excluding internal electric supply) all as specified in tender documents, located at three different areas as listed below:- (a) One Plant Room at PGOE Area (b) One Plant Room at IGOE Area (c) One Plant Room at Camp-I Area

DESALINATION PLANTS AND CONNECTED WORKS :

Notes for Item 2.00, 3.00 & 4.00 :- (i) The plant shall be designed suitable for indoor installation. However, Multi-grade Filter, Activated Carbon Filter and Iron Removal Filter (as applicable) shall be designed and installed outside the plant room building all as directed. (ii) The equipments of plant are to be skid mounted. Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of all fitments and necessary foundation/ civil works at site. (iii) The necessary filter media, Chemicals are to be filled as per OEM specifications and rates are to deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) The system shall have auto start/ stop based on water level in the supply tank. (v) The system shall have inbuilt protection to high pressure pump by way of low/ high pressure switch. (vi) After successful commissioning of the plant, the treated water shall achieve the following quality parameters:- (a) pH : 7.0 to 7.5 (b) Total Dissolved Solids : Less than 250ppm (c) Hardness : Less than 100 ppm (d) Turbidity : NIL (e) Bacteria/Oil & Grease : NIL

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Desalination Plant (with RO Process) of capacity 5000LPH & 50 KLD capacity alongwith necessary pipelines, fittings and control valves including all other accessories to make the plant fully functional complete all as per latest engineering practices and the plant subsystems shall be having the following specifications :- Make of the Plant : Ion Exchange/ Thermax/ any other makes approved by E-in-C's Branch with prior experience of installing minimum 4000LPH capacity RO plant.

(Q) Supply, Installation and Commissioning inter unit piping of UPVC SCH-40/ SS-304/ PVC of required lengths with necessary flanges, bolts, nuts, neoprene gaskets, wherever necessary with necessary control valves, non return valves, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (a) High pressure pipeline shall be of material SS-304. (b) Low pressure pipeline shall be of material UPVC SCH-40. (c) Drain pipe shall be of material PVC.
