Dismantling of 100mm cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches/ floor/ wall if required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling 75 mm Cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches /floor/ wall if required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100 mm bore cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 75 mm bore cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lead joints for 100mm CI pipes / CI fittings including hacking out cement joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lead joints for 75mm CI pipes / CI fittings including hacking out cement joints complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the septic tank/sludge chamber of any depth/ area/ condition incl taking out stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc deposited in the septic tanks, filling in closed container and depositing in excavated pit, covering the pit at least 500m beyond nearby living accn or area as marked by station controlling authority with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime on covered pit and around septic tanks/ soakage wells to make it hygenic complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of pumping with mechanical sewage pump, excavation of earth pit and fresh lime shall be deemed to include in the rate quoted. (ii) Charges of covered container incl its transportation shall be deemed to include in the rate quoted. (iii) Depth of liquid sludge in the septic tank will be determined and recorded before commencement of work by any Engg conventional method in the presence of Engr-in charge and Contractor.

Cleaning of SGSW/CI pipe lines laid in trenches or fixed to wall/ floor incl desilting /desludging intermediate manholes of any size and depth, removing sludge outside of MoD land in a covered container, atleast 500 m beyond nearby living accn, depositing the sludge in a excavated pit, covering the pit with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime over the pit and around manholes complete all as specified and directed. Note : Charges of covered container incl its transportation charges, cost of fresh lime and earth pit shall be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

Removing spot blockage of WC/ Nahani trap / gully trap incl cleaning of sewage line / manholes up to and incl 1st manholes and disposal of material obtaining from cleaning to a distance exc 200 m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling and well ramming n.exc 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in the drain pipe incl packing under & haunching against the side of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe laid in trenches and jointed all as specified (internal dia of pipe 150 mm bore pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry /stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, pillars arches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, brought upto courses built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.18.00 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work, with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius built in CM (1: 6) as in manholes and septic tanks complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for brick work, with sub class 'B' brick straihgt or curved on plan to any radius in half brick work thick wall built in CM (1: 4) as in manholes and septic tanks complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick works/stone masnery, in CM (1:4) finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per iten No. 22.00 above but on fair faces in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills,steps,seismic and other similar works plinth course,coping benching, bed plate etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs set in cement concrete 1:4 placed in position over manholes etc including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate (nominal mix) in slab supported on walls, beam and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconys , canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to the edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings exc 5 but n.exc 10cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabls, floor slabs, landing with similar work, n.exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting in to existing manholes for connecting drain pipes making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benches for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section)in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm internal bore pipe complete all as specified.

S & F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 ( Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand incl pillar tap CP 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair WC Orissa pattern of size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest including flushing cistern, PVC 10 Ltrs capacity, low level, flush pipe etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm bore dia cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore, bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed Chromium plated complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone ( mechinical crushed ) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 60cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. exc 250 but n exc 500 litres complete all as specified and directed.
