Supply ,fixing, testing and commissioning of digital type water level indicator system to indicate minimum five level of water with LED's and alarm at 100% level of water in RCC Overhead reservoir at approx 18 mtr to 21 mtr height and UG sump including wiring from level sensor inside over head tank or UG sump to display panel on ground level up to 20 meter as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 80 mm bore, cast iron, air release valve, flanged type with two air out lets including jointing with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet etc complete all as specified and directed .

Taking proper shut down in writing, disconnecting all the electrical connections, dismantling the motor from the base plate and transporting the same for repair to workshop for rewinding, dismantling the motor/rotor, cutting and removing the old heated up/burnt winding of the stator/rotor, cleaning the slots,bearing,bushes etc ,rewinding the motor stator/rotor with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size , gauge and turns etc including all the insulating materials ie.varnish ,china glass paper,'F' class paper, insulating paper etc and transportation back the same after winding ,reassembling at original position and testing complete of electric motor upto 10 HP,3 phase,415 volts,AC supply all as specified and directed . Notes:- (a) The contractor shall return the motor within week’s time after handing over for repairs to contractor otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day will be charged from the contractor. (b)The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading, transportation, nuts bolts and washers of any size and shape as required at site and refixing of serviceable motor duly functional and testing complete at its existing location/position complete all as specified and directed. (c)The contractor shall arrange a visit of Engr-in-Charge to workshop for each job and cutting of complete burnt winding of motor shall be done in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 1,27,405.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/demolished/taking down material.
