S/R to R.W. Section office building at Bhapur for the year 2025-26

Masonry work using Flyash Bricks of size 250mm X 125mm X 80mm having crushing strength not less than 75 kgs/ cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure with portland slag cement (PSC) immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use with necessary projections, splays, cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc. including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, loading and unloading of all materials and all labour for scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm. thick cement plaster in c.m.(1:6) to brick wall surface all floors at all height with approved grade of cement and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration,DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete with providing grooves as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of weather coat paint over a coat of cement wash of approved shade to outside surface with cost, conveyance, of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc.required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Earthwork in ordinary soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift incluiding rough dressing and breaking clods to maxmimum 5cm to 7cm in size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including watering and ramming with rammer including cost, conveyance, royality with DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and cost of labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
